State Legislature considering two Bills that, if passed, will be devastating and cost-prohibitive for California Gun Owners and Vendors and Buyers of Ammunition.  Bill AB 2062 (DeLeon) [Ammo Registration] requires registration of sellers; and background checks and licenses for purchasers of ammunition, plus  extra 'transaction fee' per every purchase.  This Bill will be heard by Legislature 6/17/08. I called the local media- nothing yet.
