As this Terrorism Information article illustrates, those English and Arabic Language websites here in the US are used to raise funds for Hezbollah terrorist purposes. This Terrorism-Info article published by the Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center in Israel notes that funds are deposited at designated financial institutions in Lebanon and in Europe.
