They have turned weak and coy. Gays dance in the streets of Tel Aviv! They turn over monsterous killers to Hezbollah in return for two corpses. Does that make sense? Olbert says peace is at hand with the Palistinians....what is he smoking these days? There will NEVER be peace in that region. Everyone knows that. Unless they return to being the feared neighbors of the devils, they will surely perish.......

An IAF jet. Photo: AP [file] Slideshow: Pictures of the week Several US officials were quoted by the newspaper as saying that it seemed the drill was an effort to develop Israel's capacity to carry out long-range strikes and to show the gravity with which Israel views the Iranian nuclear issue. More than 100 IAF F-16 and F-15 fighter jets took part in the exercise, which was carried out over the eastern Mediterranean and over Greece, the officials said. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1213794287750&pagename=JPost/JPArticle/ShowFull

Allie Martin - OneNewsNow - 5/15/2008 7:15:00 AM var addthis_pub = 'onenewsnow'; Christian and Jewish leaders are gathering at the United Nations this evening to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the creation of the modern state of Israel. The Jerusalem Prayer Banquet will give participants a chance to declare their continued support for the nation of Israel. Those scheduled to participate include publisher Stephen Strang (Strang Communications), attorney Jay Sekulow (American Center for Law & Justice), and Pastor John Hagee (Christians United for Israel). Robert Stearns is executive director of Eagles' Wings Ministries , which is co-sponsoring the event. He believes evangelicals must stand behind Israel. "... [I]n an hour when anti-Semitism is raising its ugly head around the world, we think it's important for Bible-believing Christians to stand up and remember the scriptural admonition, that God said, 'I will bless those who bless thee.' And we want to be those who bless the sons and daughters of Abraham," Stearns contends. According to Stearns, the Holocaust is still a recent memory. "We believe that it's important for us as Christians, in the face of rising anti-Semitism, to lift our voices, really just 65 years after ...

Jim Brown - OneNewsNow - 4/21/2008 2:25:00 PM Leading pro-Israel activist Jim Hutchens says former President Jimmy Carter is "alarmingly naïve" to claim the Palestinian terror group Hamas is willing to accept Israel as its neighbor. Former President Carter said today Hamas is prepared to accept the right of Israel to "live as a neighbor next door in peace." Carter's declaration comes after holding meetings with top Hamas officials in Syria last week. But Brig. Gen. Jim Hutchens (USA-Ret.), Washington-area director of Christians United for Israel and president of The Jerusalem Connection, International , says Carter's claim runs counter to everything the terror group has said publicly and states in its charter documents. "[W]hich is the replacement, if you will, [or] the dissolution of the modern state of Israel," the retired Army chaplain explains. "I would look with great skepticism on this. I think that it's not something that we should attempt to make any kind of foreign policy changes on." And as well, it is something that that former president has done "in his own sense of good will," Hutchens adds. "But he is alarmingly naïve, it seems to me." It is Hutchens' opinion ...

Christian supporters of Israel getting nervous about Jerusalem

Jim Fletcher - Guest Columnist - 2/21/2008 9:00:00 AM Recent statements about negotiations with the Palestinians over the future status of the Old City are disturbing, to say the least. Since Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak first made far-reaching concessions to the Palestinian Authority (PA) in 2000 (subsequently rejected by the godfather of international terrorism, Yasser Arafat), the famous Israeli red-line has been air-brushed. Today, another prime minister, Ehud Olmert, openly talks about the desire to establish a Palestinian state in Gaza and the West Bank. One wonders why leaders of the Jewish state feel a "need" to give a state to a culture that has a pathological hatred of Israel. It seemingly doesn't make sense. This week, Palestinian negotiators made chilling statements about the status of Jerusalem. Saeb Erekat, a player since the Madrid Conference in 1991, displays the same blustering style the PA has been using since the First Gulf War. In 1997, U.S. diplomat Nicholas Burns praised the Palestinian effort in fighting terror and negotiating. This has been a consistent diplomatic position. Please understand, the Palestinians have never shown positive effort in these areas. They are as intransigent as ever. Erekat ...

Middle East scholar: Bush demonstrated 'historical lapse' in calling for end of Israeli 'occupation'

Chad Groening OneNewsNow.com January 14, 2008 Robert Spencer, one of the nation’s leading critics on Islam, says President Bush experienced "an unconscionable historical and moral lapse" when he recently called for an end to what he called the "occupation" of Arab land by the Israeli military. Speaking from the West Bank town of Ramallah, Bush said that "painful political concessions" are needed for the peace process. And he said Israel must agree to adjust its borders back to the lines drawn before the Israeli victory in the 1967 Arab-Israeli War. Spencer, the director of Jihad Watch , says territorial acquisitions in war is nothing new. "The idea that after a successful war the victorious nation may occupy some land from the defeated nation in order to increase its national security and minimize the risk of a future attack -- that is something that is as old as warfare," he claims. But Spencer says the problem is that President Bush does not seem to think Israel has that right. "When Israel does exactly the same thing when faced by an array of hostile states that have sworn its destruction," he continues, "then suddenly this becomes an unacceptable occupation of Arab land. ...

What Really Happened in the Middle East Terrorism Awareness Project Feature Presentation (video) (caution, the above video contains graphic haulacost pictures and other unsettling video, use caution and watch at your own risk) then ask why the world wants to give the Palestinians 7.4 BILLION dollars. http://www.terrorismawareness.org/what-really-happened/ $7.4 billion for Palestinian thievery and terrorism? Nuts! comment by Jerry Gordon Bruce Kessler of the Democracy project blog has given us a round up of both commentary and analysis about the results of the one day donor ‘telethon’ in Paris to raise commitments for a non-existent Palestinian state. While, the donor pledges exceeded the requested amounts of $5.6 billion by another $1.8 billion, many of the Arab country pledges will likely not be honored despite the trillions in petro-dollars sloshing around in their sovereign wealth funds. They rather build eco friendly artificial islands in the Persian Gulf than throw more money down the rat hole of the Palestinian cause. After all, the Palestinian leadership is noteworthy for their kleptomania and their support of terrorism, whether the so-called moderates led by PLO-FATAH Presdident Abbas of the ‘rump duchy of Ramallah” or the Jihadis in beggared Gaza. Kessler draws attention to a recent CAMERA ...

Israel is Proof

Liberals, Arabs and all atheists hate Israel for one main reason: This little state is proof the God does exist and the Bible is true. All prophecies in the Bible point to the re-gathering of Israelis and what do you know, in 1948, here they come. Mount Moriah is the most important piece of real estate on this planet to God. It is where Jacob saw the ladder. It is where Abraham almost sacrificed Isaac, and most importantly it is where Solomon originally built the Temple where God's Spirit resided. Some 3500 years ago the Temple was built. Muslims claim the Temple Mount as their 3rd most holy site. Did you know Mohammad wasn't even born until 700 AD, yet Muslims claim they were there first. Israel's Temple will be re-built soon then God will make sure it remains.
