City of Hazleton > TEXAS: Vasquez v. City of Farmers Branch Where as The ACLU has decided that no Cities, States or the Fed. Gov. has any Right to pass laws to ensure that the Fed. Laws of this nation and the protection of it's Citizens do not apply.
