LA RAZA tries to silence Mothers Against Illegal Aleins, who's next

It seems today that congress has been trying to silence the conservative radio Talk Show Hosts like Rush, by trying to re-introduce the fairness doctrine. La Raza has a different approach , they use organizations like MADD ( Mothers against Drunk Drivers). The National council of La Raza and the LULAC, the Trilteral Commision and the Council on Foreign Relations have their hands in what use to be known as a wholesome organization that, indeed and infact, protested the interests of the Citizens and those legally present in the U.S., MADD. In the fall of 2001 , MADD had the following article in their "Cultural Impact" Driven Magazine: Raul Yzaguirre, president of the National Council of La Raza, and actor Edward James Olmos have both agreed to serve on MADD's National Advisory Board, which will recommend ways that MADD organization, can more effectively achieve its mission. Also the league of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), at its recent national convention, passed a resolution to join MADD's effort's to prevent underaged drinking . President Bush tries to halt Death Case of Illegal

WASHINGTON- To put it bluntly, Texas wants President Bush to get out of the way of the states plan to execute a Mexican for the brutal murder of two teenage girls. Bush who presided over 152 executions as governor of Texas, wants to halt the execution of Jose Ernesto Medellin in what has become a confusing test of presidential power that the Supreme Court, which hears the case this week, ultimatley will sort out. The president wants to enforce a decision by the international Court of Justice that found the convictions of Medellin and 50 other mexican-born prisoners, would violated their rights to legal help as outlined in the 1963 Vienna Convention. That is the same court Bush has since said he plans to ignore if it make similar decisions affecting the State criminal Laws. "The President does not agree with the ICJ's interpretation of the Vienna Convention," the administration said in arguments filed with the court. This time, though, the US agreed to abide by the international courts decision, because ignoring it would harm American interests abroad , the government said. This is something we all have a stake in, because its a good bill , the speaker of the house doesn't want to bring it to the floor of the House of Representatives, she has decided to stall any legislation until after the 2008 elections hoping to gain democratic seats in the House. There is a Bill, HR 3494 , the Charlie Norwood CLEAR ACT of 2007 , introduced by Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) that would implement a system for identifying and removing violent criminal illegal aliens, and would deny certain Federal funds to " sanctuary cities " that protect violent criminal aliens. Clear was originally sponsored by the late congressman Charlie Norwood from Georgia. The CLEAR ACT would provide additional training and funding to local police to help current immigration laws. Allowing thousands of local law enforcment to apprehend criminal aliens they encounter during the performance of their duties, there jobs would do much to enhance the security of our nation. If we remember when the Senate was trying to pass the shamnesty bill, Senators like John McCain and Senator Kyl said the enforcment of immigration laws wouldn't stop illegal immigration. Well they were wrong, illegals aliens are starting to leave Arizona because of the new employer sanction laws. The States strong economy has been a magnet for illegal immigration for years. But a growing number are pulling up stakes out of fear of they will lose their jobs on January 1st, 2008, when the new employer sanction laws go into effect, part of that law went into effect a few weeks ago. The departures are a welcome sight for most americans, that is unless you are an employer in Arizona, the employers are really upset, I'm sure its because they might have to pay a fair wage to an American worker, and they will no longer be able to ethnic cleanse Americans. Anchor babies and the 14th amendment, anchor babies are not citizens

The Courts today have clouded the original intent to the 14th amendment when it comes to anchor babies, babies that are born to illegal mothers that give birth to these children on American soil, that act like an anchor and pull in the illegal alien mothers and their families into permanent residency. The courts have taken a reveral position from the intent of the Constitution of the United States. The original intent of the 14th amendment was clear, it was intended to cure the injustices to black americans, it was written to prevent state government from denying citizenship to blacks born in the United States, and not as a tool for citizenship for babies born to illegal mothers who violated our laws by entering into america illegally. In 1866 Senator Jacob Howard clearly spelled out the intent of the 14th amendment to the US Constitution, he stated: "every person born within the limits of the US, are subject to their jurisdiction, is by vertue of natural law a citizen of the United States.
