The program has been estimated to costs the taxpayers billions of dollars annually. In Los Angeles alone taxpayers were burdened with nearly $440 million. (CA $1.1 billion)               The Mexican Consul in Los Angeles bragged that nearly  300,000 illegals have benefitted from this backdoor drain on the U.S. health care system and the already overburdened taxpayer.  Sopundsw like we need to protest outside of a few of their consulates.
