      <description>&lt;img align="right" hspace="10" src="http://www.firesociety.com/imagelib/f0f219158e118e83--51d7d115-114028baaec-66f-844255817.jpg"&gt;BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, July 17, 2007, President Bush issued his latest executive order that gives the Secretary of the Treasury the power to confiscate any American&amp;#39;s property as long as the Secretary &amp;quot;determines&amp;quot; that the suspect &amp;quot;poses a significant risk&amp;quot; of committing any &amp;quot;act or acts of violence&amp;quot; (an undefined term) that would negatively impact the president&amp;#39;s war in Iraq. There is no legal recourse. If the Secretary&amp;#39;s &amp;quot;determination&amp;quot; is simply wrong, there is no legal way to prove your case. No avenue for court review is provided. The only way you will get your property back (or restore access to it) is if you &amp;#39;BEG&amp;#39; the Secretary to change his mind. Good luck!
