      <description>I was just reading in my local newspaper that there are border cities that are blocking access for the fence.&amp;nbsp;Whether this is true or not, I do not know, as I have not heard a thing about this else where.&amp;nbsp; It seems that America in general is so divided concerning the immigration issue, I really do not know what can possibly be done to change anything.&amp;nbsp; Below is the article from the Herald-Citizen, Cookeville, TN and I get the newspaper a day after publication. BROWNSVILLE, Texas(AP)&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;Mayors along the Texas-Mexico border have begun a quiet protest of the federal government&amp;#39;s plans to build a fence along the border.&amp;nbsp; They are refusing to give access to their land.
