I'm voting for Tom Tancredo in the primary. He, Newt and Hunter are the only announced or likely GOP candidates for whom I will consider voting, in the general election. They have shown a willingness and ability to stand up to the New GOP, in one way or another. I barely tolerate moderate Republicans, like my congressman, the fiscally conservative, but anti-gun, Kevin Brady. But, I do all that I can to defeat RINOs like my senator, Kay Bailey Hutchison, whom I voted against, last time. I am proud to say that have never voted for anyone named Bush, for any office, except indirectly for V.P. My pet issues are the Fair Tax, getting the US out of the UN, privacy rights, getting control of our borders and stopping legislation that drives our wealthiest taxpayers out of the US. Lately, I have added the railroading into prison, of some of our most honorable law enforcement officers, by the Bush administration, to that list. I have finally become firmly convinced that those officers are now suffering, because this is Dubya's way of getting around Republicans, who would not pass his AMNESTY bill.
