Subject: ABC News bans Flag lapel pins

Barbara Walters said that this was going to hurt ABC bad. As you know she works for ABC. This should make your blood boil...it DOES mine!

Yesterday the brass at ABC News issued orders forbidding reporters to wear Lapel pins, American Flags or other Patriotic Insignia. Their reasoning was that ABC should remain neutral about CAUSES....
     
Since when is SUPPORT for Preventing Death and Destruction some sort of a "CAUSE". Since when is PATRIOTISM to be DISCOURAGED? I urge you to BOYCOTT ABC and it's SPONSORS and AFFILIATES. WE are slowly losing everything our country stands for and everything OUR MEN and WOMEN Fought and Died to Preserve!!!

I got really mad when I first read this and then I realized anyone working for ABC should not be wearing an American flag pin.

So if I wear a flag pin what happens ?

The economic meltdown ends ?  no

The war ends ? no

The uunemployed get jobs? no

The value of the dollar goes up? no

Are the 4,000 plus American servicemen who died for Bush's folly suddenly brought back to life ?  no

Are you upset at John McCain who didn't wear a flag pin at debate 2 and 3 . Maybe he doesn't love his country!!!!

What an ABSURD issue . As if ones "patriotism depends on it

youpeoplearesadexcussesforamericans We Americans are for this Land not the world. You do not understand and never will about war are anything that is American. Their are people out there that hate us for being Americans. You are wrong on the numbers that are dead 7,000 Americans that have lost lives because of those people that want to kill you and me. Abc nbc cbs are not Americans they are liberal to the core they hate America and what it stands for just like obama. To you it was not bush that started the war. when did we attack them people and why? for oil? Get alife. And get your head of of the sand. You liberals are still crying about the Election we are Americans looking out for America yes even you liberals. We will be back and take America back from people that do not understand what we Americans stand for. Our country is Great because of God Jesus loves you and so do we.
