pass word

When I signed up for Fire Sociery, I chose a pass word and wrote it down in a little book I keep just for that purpose.  But it never recognize's it, each time, I have to ask for a new one, close out go to my email acct to get what new one you sent.  this is getting really old.  Is anyone else having this problem?  or is it just me?

HA_HA_HA-HA_..Yes!!! I've had that problem MANY--MANY--times. Are you having fun yet ???  Not that I 'm glad you have that problem--I'm just glad to know---I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE !! H ang in there. They do help and will help you get it straight!1 Sometimes_it just takes a couple of times !! It did for me !!
