Illegals kill Americans in our own country and our goverments allows it to continue.

My son Andy was killed, murdered by a Mexican national who was in this country illegally. Andy was killed in Auburn WA. on the second day of July 2006. This illegal was driving with a valid Washington state drivers license issued to him. He had been issued two licenses before that and both had been revoked for DUI. He was on his third license when he killed Andy. To this day, this illegal has not been apprehended. 

Andy had just turned 20 two months prior.

 

Andy was helping a friend whose car had run out of gas on the onramp to northbound 167 from highway 18 when this happened. The illegal was on the shoulder side of the fog line traveling at freeway speed. Andy had finished filling the car and standing at the back of the car at the trunk when he was hit. The illegal fled the scene and abandoned the vehicle at a nearby store not more that a half a mile away.

 

I also hold this state (Washington) as guilty of Andy’s murder as the illegal who killed him. This state is considered a “Sanctuary State” along with several others throughout the country.

 

These so-called Sanctuary States are costing us  Americans and our loved one our lives because it attracts and encourages the lawless from out side our nation to enter our country illegally and sponge off of our way of life and our people are killed or maimed for it in return.  Since these people are in our country illegally all they have to worry about is not getting caught and deported. They can disregard our laws and values. Drink and drive. Sell and use drugs, steal, you name it. And if caught and deported they can simply return the same way the did before they were caught

 

Does any one remember voting to let this state or any other become a place for illegals to go to and be fed and have medical paid for and have licenses issued to them drive our roads in a reckless intoxicated manor and threaten all our lives?

As my state, NE, plans to again explore legislature to halt illegals using our resources (health care, in-state tuition, law enforcement costs, driver's licenses, etc) I've been forwarding info to the state senator in charge of hearings on this issue.  I've recently sent him info on SF murders and have referenced your post on Fire Society.  I've also bombarded him with costs and other ill effects of the illegal invasion.

All members of this group need to keep after state lawmakers to make changes that will stop giving away the store at the state level since it is obvious that the federal government plans to do nothing.  Justice to all of those needlessly killed by illegals is dependent on us.

I have always beleived that there is strenth in numbers and the more Americans  demand of, and hold our elected officials to the ideals of core American beleifs and what we elected them to do based on their campain promises, and their knowing  that they will be unable to disregard the small but ever increasing vocal numbers of us Americans who are frightened by the direction that our country is headed and want to turn it around.

I do believe that a large number of Americans are so fed up with politics as usual that the establishment is starting to become aware of us and may have to start listening to us!

Rex, I am so sorry for your loss.  I am a Washingtonian too, and am aghast at driver's licenses and voters cards being given to illegals.  This past legislative session one of my reps cosponsored a bill about no driver licenses for illegals..it got lost in transportation. *sigh*.

I am glad that foxglove dropped in.  She had a similar experience.  A while ago, foxglove, I gave a web address for a legal outfit in Olympia.  I have no idea if they could or would help you and/or Rex, BUT...they probably could make a referral.  If you did follow up on that website and conctacted them, and it was a no help , let me know..I won't post it again.  But, these people were very active in our 2004 gubnatorial voting mess.

I am going to repost that website.  Since both of you have been severely impacted by an illegal, maybe it might be a get together time...maybe you could find more folks in Washington State that have been drastically impacted by illegals.

I DO NOT like suing, but this illegal stuff has to get much, much more attention in State and National headlines.

Rex47, my son was also killed by an illegal, only at work.  The state knows the man who was directly involved with his death is illegal, and yet no one has been charged with his death, and no one has acknowledged his death was  by an illegal.  This illegals name was on the same SSN as 17 others.  Do you know what state?  WASHINGTON!  He was killed at a construction site in Federal Way.  Let's get together in e-mail, and talk about this.

Good to see you again. And again, my most sincere condolences and sorrow for your loss which was senseless beyond description. As you know, I experienced a similar tragedy years ago as you did.

The time for "talk" is long past gone.......it has not worked......pressure must be applied....continuously turned up....by any means necessary......this is a cancer folks!!......and it must be cut out....by hook or by crook....period....dot.....end of statement!

Rex, I am so very sorry for your loss.  We have had so many illegals kill Americans here in Southern CA that I think people are almost numb by it.

You can help in the fight by joining groups like Grass Fire and Fire Society and Numbers USA. 

I don't know if you know about the web sites called American Patrol, Glenn Spencer runs it and has news about illegals and the issues they cause from all over America.

Also out of Oklahoma is Outraged Patriots.  I understand they have about 35,000 to 40,000 supporters in Oklahoma alone fighting the illegal alien invasion.

Their is also a group called Alipac, which is very active and working to support citizens running for offices across the country who support strict immigration laws and enforcement of current laws.

Here in Southern CA we are fighting illegal immigration at the grass roots level because obviously the Governor does not care and would rather take away benefits for American Citizens so that he can give the money to foreignors from another country.

In Los Angeles I am trying to work to support a candidate for Mayor who would end the "sanctuary city" policy.  Of course the local Los Angeles Times and Daily News deny that he is even a candidate (though he has raised over 117K in small donations).

I don't know where you live but I would begin to put my money and my voice at the local grass roots efforts and with organizations like Grass Fire and Numbers USA.

Research the your local city council members (most have to be voted on every 2 years).

Numbers USA ranks every Senator and Congressmen by State by their support to limit immigration and deal with the illegal alien issues.  They get a grade of A,B,C,D,F. 

Review this and pass details to all family and friends.

It is only when "We the People" stand up in some many millions and demand NO Sanctuary Cities across the country, and VOTE to put in people who will stop the invasion that we will see a difference.

The "main stream media" and even the local news will not cover the story except in a very limited way.

I don't give money to any "Party" politcally.  I only give to candidates that share my views when it comes to illegal aliens and the "invasion".

I also support groups that are working to fight the "open borders" "amnesty" crowds and the legislation that they are trying to force down the throats of Americans.

All I can say is get active in the ways you can.  Every voice helps, every $1 helps (yes even $1 can help - we have 31K members here on FireSociety if we all give just $1 to a key fight - we then have $31,000).

Again I am so sorry for your loss and so sorry that the government that is deemed by our founding fathers to be a democracy "for the people, by the people" has been taken over by big business and "globalists" who care more about what is in it for "me" than commitment and honor of our great country.

I've got an attorney looking at all my paperwork and considering a possible lawsuit against Washington state, and or maybe the city where my son was killed!  I'll keep you posted.  Also, I just got word that I can post my website in here.  I've reinstated my PI license JUST SO THAT I CAN HELP STOP THE EMPLOYERS FROM HIRING THE ILLEGALS!  I will run the SSN's of anyone you want to hire, or have already hired regardless of how long!!  Unlike the government run E-verify that has the illegals protected, and gives the employers a lot of rules they have to go by!  If you know any who truly want to get rid of illegals or make sure they aren't hiring them, have them contact me, and we'll go from there.......

I spent 18 months on the Grand Jury in Eastern Wa,,, More than half the crimes we saw were done by illegals. Deportation only kept them out of the country for a week. We need much tougher border control and laws that make returning unattractive. They are criminals by the act of entering the country with out legal status. Lets deport all of them! NOW. Second offenses should be life in jail. Lets built a jail on a remote island in the far arctic just for them!

And....look who just got re-elected for another 4 years of hell!  She's the one who turned Seattle into a Sanctuary city from what I understand!  So much for getting rid of the illegals in this state!

Anyway, here's something to consider..Obama is going to sign an amnesty bill, which will make about 30 MILLION illegals citizens. It may not be called amnesty and it may not start out that way that that is the planned end result. This also means the families of these new citizens can come over under the Family Unfication Act. Our population will increase by a huge number within days with all the problems we are presently having will intensify along with population.

We stopped an amnesty program once, I don't know if we can do it again. The election is over and  they have nothing to lose, they will run wild for at least 2 years.

Hey,  those of us in Washington state!!  The I-409 Petition being sent around to sign needs help!!  I just had the man who started it in my home this week, and had him leave me some! I've got the petition on the counters at the gun stores in my area, the town Feed Store, and am meeting with a Tribal council member Monday to leave some with him to get signed!!  The petition is to DEMAND that Washington ENFORCE the laws already on the books against illegals!!  Can you believe this.....we actually have to get a petition going in order to try and get laws enforced??  It's just sick!  You fellow Washingtonians call Craig Keller at  (206) 935-3505
