These bird watching, tree hugging eco-nazi's have invaded The Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Recreation area.  If you are not familiar with what is going on down here, the National Park Service took over this area about 50 years ago and made it a National Seashore. The NPS now claims that they lost the legal papers that were on file that allow us to access the beaches for fishing, kite flying, shell hunting, sun bathing. As a result the Audubon Society and Defenders of Wildlife sued the NPS to block all public access to our beaches to protect bird nests of non-endangered birds which were never a problem in the first place. At this time we no longer have access to about 90% of our public coastal beaches. These aren't just our beaches, they are yours too. Do you like having a handfull of bird watchers telling you they don't want you using your national beaches?

Basically what this judge's ruling did was made it possible for any one of these radical eco groups to block access to any fishing area by simply claiming that they saw a bird nesting there. Believe it or not, it could happen at any lake you fish and probably will if they aren't stopped now.

When you have a chance visit our message board and read about this mess because if we don't ban together someday this might happen to your favorite lake.

You can help by going to this link and signing our petition. The petition is to get Congress to set aside this radical judge's ruling so we can get our beaches and our fishing back. Signing is very fast an easy. You don't have to give a lot of information and you won't get any spam. Sign for your wife and anyone else that doesn't like these small special interest groups trying to stop you from accessing your parks. Also email this to your friends.
