Clarification needed, please explain

I do not have a brilliant mind, and senility sets in more often than not.  I have made myself very familiar with forum rules, but I humbly ask for more clarification.  I gladly play by rules, rules that are well defined, easily understood, and not subject to interpretation.  Please help.

I'd like to ADD a rule to those listed...no nut job conspiracy theories allowed.....stupid waste of time with reference links to entities who have absolutely no credibility at all.....

Ditto BTB...DITTO. How many times do these people need to hear this? It is really amazing especially when you sign up here to follow the rules and when you hit accept and you do, where's the question come from?

I take that as Questioning the Staff. But carefully worded IMHO as someone used to say.

So to clarify the rules as of now,if I believe something,and the Administrators do not,then my belief will be ruled a conspiracy theory and not allowed?If that is a new rule,then count me out also.

Long sigh...No I did not add a new rule and I do not have the authority to do so. I am simply sick to death of "untruths" with regard to certain events...namingly 9/11. It is entirely disrespectful to those who lost their lives and those of us left behind who still grieve.

I have not banned anyone nor have I given anyone a 3 day vacation so please do not "accuse me" of such actions......

When a free exchange of ideas are being exchanged and no one is arguing a moderator acting in a controllng manner is not appreciated by me and I believe a quite a few others. Sorry none for me please.

Obviously, several of the FS forum rules are subjective by nature -- and moderators have not only the responsibility but the authority to judge when posts or a series of them are getting out of line.  Usually, reasonable warnings are given, but if things don't shape up, then more drastic action is required!  And posters also know when they are pushing the envelope -- for example, today I have been battling on several threads to get them back on topic -- rather than turning them into what one or more posters really wanted -- threads have a topic for a reason -- if you can't live with that, then deal with it!

And while not specifically stated, I think it should be common knowledge that the majority of forums (other than those widely known to already be way out in la-la-land) want factual information based on credible sources -- not a bunch of unfounded, unproven conspiracy theories that by definition are meaningless and a waste of time to debate!

Wow...l guess I missed some excitement on here while I was out.  If there is any question, the threads announcing the bans/suspensions spells out the reasons for the same...no need to depend on second hand information.  If this is really the end of 9/11 conspiracy garbage, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!  Not so much on here, but on other message boards, such "discussions" border on complete insanity!  I've had them up to my eyeballs too and I'm sure only cause further pain to the families and loved ones left behind.

Thank you Jim, at least for the first sentence.  Finally an honest response.  That is all I wanted to know.  Where the 9/11 discussion comes from is beyond me.  I guess we all get off topic at times?
