hunt to sign oil deal

one of bush's buds to sign oil deal with kurds, so when is America going to get repaid for the billions spent on this country(iraq) and the rebuilding of it. the oil deal is on the front page of the nations news papers so there is no 

denying it now; this war has been fought for oil/power/revenge. so now the pay backs start.
