REPORT: Mexican Army Members Busted for Home Invasion and Murder
The suspects may have been hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations in the U.S.
Conflicting reports on whether three men arrested in a Phoenix home invasion and homicide Monday may have been active members of the Mexican Army.
While on the J.D. Hayworth show, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association President Mark Spencer said that the men involved were hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations.
The Monday morning incident resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.
Spencer said a police officer told him that one of the men captured said they were completely prepared to ambush Phoenix police, but ran out of ammunition.
He added that all were all dressed in military tactical gear and were armed with AR-15 assault rifles. Three other men involved in the invasion escaped.

However, Phoenix Police have not confirmed the men were Mexican Army members.
Sgt. Joel Tranter said one suspect revealed that he had "prior military training," but "no credible evidence" that any of them were active in the military.

Everyone needs to hear this interview with Hayworth and Spencer. The war is no longer on the border....but here.
The senator of this state is now the Republican nominee for the President of the United States of America and can be viewed as nothing more than an enabler of this madness. This should make even the most rabid defenders of opened borders stop and think.
If the local police have not confirmed this report than there might be doubts whether it really happened the way it is being reported. It might might be premature to get too excited about it.
Listen to the Sgt. Tranter and Bennett...about the kidnappings...350 last year.
We need our laws enforced....no need for new laws...just enforce our laws against an invasion from another country. This is war. We need to arm the citizens....put military in place on our borders and defend our citizens.

These kinds of actions by foreign nationals are not just crimes, but acts of war against another country. Home invasion , armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, etc. should all be life without parole offenses when the pperson convvicted is in the country illegally.
During the actual trial, staus should not be an issue, but if determination is made (and should ne required) that the criminals are in the country illegally, the courts at all levels should be required to enforce that they serve the remainder of their days at hard labor. When the penalty is too harsh, the crime often will not be committed. And US citizens wiuld not be affected except to be protected from foreign forces that would inflict suffering, death, and chaos on this country.
A top member of a Phoenix police union is standing by reports that at least one of the men involved in a Monday morning home invasion and homicide was an active member in the Mexican Army. www.kfyi.com%26SITE_ID%3D622%26STATIO... src="http://www.kfyi.com/cc-common/templates/00guide/icons/red/speaker.gif" border="0" alt="" width="13" height="13" align="absMiddle" />Click Here for the update.
"Even if you put aside the Mexican military, you have illegals in the country...they're protected with tactical gear using tactical strategies in police uniforms willing to ambush police officers. I think that's bad enough," said Mark Spencer, President of the Phoenix Police Enforcement Association.
While on the J.D. Hayworth show Tuesday, Mark Spencer announced that the suspects were hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and murders.
The incident at 8329 W. Cypress St. resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.
Spencer said a police officer told him that one of the men captured said they were completely prepared to ambush Phoenix police, but ran out of ammunition.

A caller to the JD Hayworth show suggested that the gunmen were Zetas. It also was said that the Phoenix police department sent police uniforms to a police department in Mexico about 5 years ago. I can't believe they would really do that. I have heard on the news that things have been stolen from police cars here in Phoenix. They just sweep these things under the rug like they are trying to do with this incident.
The Lou Dobbs show is on this and is just waiting for a confirmation in regards to if they really were Mexican police and it can be proved and then Lou is going to break this wide open on his show.
There are conflicting reports. The Az. Repulsive says they were not active military and talk radio says that one of them was active military. I hope they get to the bottom of this. Regardless, the people really need to know what's going on.
I e-mailed Lou Dobbs yesterday...probably along with hundreds of others, and called the Governors office and told her to close the border now. She hasn't made any public comment on this as far as I know.
They are all just waint on Arizonas senator to become president so they can all hug and sing cumbaya, oh that's right it is gonna be BOOM BOOM and not Mr. amnesty.
TEXAS: One of the few states that can secede from the Union.
JD Hayworth is getting the story out. He was interviewed on O'Reilly today. They'll show it again at 8pm (Az.) Whether they were military or former Mexican police the fact is, they still wore tactical clothing, carried automatic weapons and are illegal aliens. We just cannot let this go on in this country.
Yes, they want "McAmnesty" to be president. They are few in number but they hold the power and it's up to us to "fire" them by either voting or recall.
Yes, the truth is out! I listen to him on the radio every evening on the way home from work. His sources on this are reliable or he wouldn't have gone with this story.
Just heard the US is going to give ANOTHER 1.5 billion dollars to Mexico for the war on drugs, supposedly in military equipment and the training to use it. This should make the Mexican army more efficient in their invasion of this country and the assaults on American citizens. Or, maybe the drug cartels can just take the equipment away for their own use!
Here's a thought. Legalize drugs. There's no money to be made in things that are legal, is there? And the glut on the market for homemade meth will be overwhelming.
People, kids in particular, like to take the contrary view. If you tell kids "no", that's when they want it most. Tell them its OK and they won't want it anymore. Problem will lie with "grown-up" use of drugs then. Punish these people - even if they are "celebrities" or "athletes" or politicians. Cigarettes are legal and the campaign against them has made all smokers pariahs. This could work with drugs, too.
One last thought: Over a billion and a half dollars could equip and bring home a lot of American military to police the borders more effectively than the Mexican government is doing. Our border patrol agents, who are trying to do the best they can, are overstretched and ill-equipped.
