Why are the judges on the 9th circuit court of appeals constantly allowed to interpret and make rulings from the bench that are so obviously tainted with bias towards rewarding ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR In direct violation of their oath of office? PEANUT 1958---You evidently live in the 9th district.. You ask a good question I believe that ALL liberal judges that LEGISLATE FRON THE BENCH should be removed.   How>> I don't know.But I do know this.One CONSERVATIVE JUDGE WAS REMOVED for ---NOT REMOVING THE 10 COMMANDMENTS from his court house . Are things BACKWARDS OR NOT ??? He was a FEDERAL JUDGE just like those in the 9th district,. So--If he was removed for something so trivial perhaps there is a light at the end of your tunnel. It would surely be worth the time and effort to look into it. WOULDN'T IT ??
