Have you heard? John McCain wants to hold a town hall debate with Barack Obama at the La Raza/The Race convention in July, where both are scheduled to deliver suck-up speeches to the pro-illegal immigration elites.

What exactly would these two Raza Twins have to “debate?”

Let’s see:

Who would pass a bigger shamnesty?

Who would offer more earmarks and federal loans and grants to La Raza/Race?

Who would clamp down on the free speech of immigration enforcement proponents more aggressively?

Whose anti-border advisor is more radical?

Who can accuse grass-roots conservative activists of bigotry more quickly?

Swell.

Says the McCain camp:

Still pressing for joint town hall meetings with Democrat Barack Obama, presumptive Republican presidential nominee John McCain on Monday proposed a joint appearance when the two are scheduled to address the National Council of La Raza convention in San Diego next month.

“Both of us have accepted invitations to speak to that organization,” McCain told a news conference at his Arlington, Va., campaign headquarters. “My recommendation is that we have a town-hall meeting together in front of La Raza.”

“I think people will be far more informed and maybe in some ways entertained if we had that format,” the Arizona senator added.

“Entertained?” Only if your idea of entertaining is watching two like-minded pols grovel in front of the nation’s leading Latino ethnic supremacist organization.
