Please forward this message and ask your friends to sign
our petition to stop California’s homosexual marriage
decision. We need petitions by Wednesday!

California's homosexual marriage ruling is even worse than we first
thought...

Liberty Counsel's team of attorneys has concluded that,
based on current law, the California Court has legalized
          polygamy!

On Friday, Liberty Counsel filed our official petition to the
 California
Court calling on the court to suspend its homosexual marriage ruling.
In that 27-page brief, we made a well-founded legal claim that the
California Supreme Court has legalized polygamy.

You can access the full brief here:

+ + Petitions needed by Wednesday

This is just one of many "unintended consequences"
spawned by this outrageous decision. Thank you so much for signing
our petition calling on the California Court to suspend its
homosexual marriage ruling.

Thanks to you, 43,399 friends have signed -- far exceeding
our initial expectations.

With your help, we could reach 90,000 or 100,000 petitions
for our delivery this week! But I must have petitions by
          Wednesday.

Please forward this message to your friends and ask them to
sign the petition to save marriage by going here:

Again, we just filed our official legal petition calling on the Court
to suspend its ruling. If the Court does not act on our petition,
then in just two weeks the first homosexual marriage licenses will
be issued.

Thousands of homosexuals and lesbians will likely flock to California
since that state has no residency requirement for marriage. And now our
attorneys are stating that California has opened the door for legalized
polygamy!

This is a legal and cultural tsunami that threatens to wipe away
traditional marriage!

Please read our legal petition and forward this to your friends.
And thanks again for standing with us.

Actually polygamy has never been outlawed in the US as a whole, at least not legally outlawed.  Regardless of the federal level, what does the law say regarding it at the State level?

The divorce rate probably has done more to destroy traditional marrage than anything else.

While you make a comment like this, don't forget to trace it all the way back to the "root of this evil".  While we are at it, why don't we legalize homosexual marriage, and and any other fringe idea.  I promise I will never dicorce my puppy.  Where does it end?  Do we legalize jumping over a stick as marriage?  Do we legalize marrying monkeys soon?  Since we are all derrived from slime, why don't we marry some piece of mud that looks as if it has a face?

Marrage is commitment, one man with one woman for life. When we get that one right we can probably go on to the next one.

And there you go.  Everything else needs to be outlawed and rejected, because if you start with one alternative, it snowballs to the point of no return.

totally right elaina, but beware of those globalist using these moral issues to win your vote. Thats how Bush got in there, but he had no intention of doing anything about it.

If gay marriage is legal then any combination should also be legal...heck, I know a guy who lives up the road from me who has deep and abiding affection for one of his ewes...who are we to tell him he can't find fulfillment with the sheep of his life?
