Fabian Claims Racism

LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO)  -- LA politician Fabian Nunez suggests his race was behind criticism that he spent a lot of money taking trips and buying expensive things.
 
"Because of the fact I am Mexican," said Nunez, "they think I have to sleep under a cactus and eat from taco stands." Yell

An investigative report found Nunez spent more than $47,000 in plane fare, $5,000 at a wine cellar in France and nearly $3,000 for office expenses at Vuitton.Yell

Hector Barajas of the GOP state party calls Nunez's racial comments disgraceful and disheartening.

Ahhhh!FrownCryCry   Cry Baby!  He seems to be ashamed of the fact that he is a Mexican?  He is the one that is stereotyping his own race...

This "CORRUPT" speaker just got "Termed out of office" !!  He is loyal to only himself and the Illegals from Mexico!!  Glad he is gone!!...Diane, Barbara, Gil, and Mayor Tony.....YOUR NEXT!!Cool

Dave - couldn't agree more.  I hope that Diane and Barbara get the ax the next time around which is 12 and 24 months away and can't wait.

I am hoping that Walter Moore gets the new Mayors job and Mayor Tony gets bounced out of office and out of politics of course unless he wants to move back to his true love Mexico and run for Calderons job.

The LA City Council has got to go too!  Gil, and the rest and the LA Sheriff can also go - we need a Sheriff Joe like AZ has.  I would love to see how much graffiti and gang violence there would be if Sheriff Joe was in town.
