BORDER PATROL CHECKPOINTS-LEGAL?

These videos were posted on another forum claiming these checkpoints are illegal. I would appreicate any comments regarding the videos. I know they are not illegal but why do the agents appear to be intimidated by the guy that was stopped?

I see no problem with protecting our country from terrorist , illegals and drug lords. Period!!!!
