Mexico Destabilizing: Is War With USA Imminent?

Now risen to the level of an insurgent war, the battle between the falling Kleptocratic Mexican government and supra-wealthy organized crime groups who now control much of Mexico's land areas, police forces, and even some of its military has hit a new milestone...

What a fantastic document. I have entered many times that I believe there will be blood in the streets. It will not take many to trigger off a violent battle. Our congressmen and Senators ignore our wishes . Pelosi, Reid and their ilk (including the three amigos running for president), respnd to the commands of the elitist groups of business men in their communities. So does Feingold and about 50% of them. They need to be removed. Any businessman that knowingly hires illegal should have his business impounded and sold to Americans who support our laws.

The bad news is that all of us have friends and even family that places theri annual income in front of the well-being of America and Americans. Quite like the Civil War of the 19th century, families will be divided , at odds with each other and may even, possibly clash, legally and/or physically. My personal experiences tell me that most of the violators are good people who have lost sight of decency, duty and the American dream. They think it is just for them. They think that if they get that big project done on time and in budget by using illegals instead of Americans they have done a good thing. Sadly, they may not even recognize they are wrong when they see the riots and , possibly, the dead in the streets. They will blame, a"few discontents". They may never "get it".

""For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?"

I don't know much, but I know this , when I leave this sphere, I will hold my head high and be proud that I acted like a true American.

Thanks for this article. That has got to be the best "comprehensive";) warning I have seen yet! It will happen sooner or later if this issue continues down the current path. The "other" side is stocking up as we speak, and we all know it.

This is definitely something we are going to have to deal with, eventually! The end result of what we do will be what we end up with for a  country...

Maybe if Mexico does declare or provoke outright war with the United States it would mean that our Government would have to fight back instead of allowing the insidious take-over, that is taking place with our Governments help, now.

I don't think Mexico has ever won a war in its history that I know of. How can a country fight a war when there is total anarchy?

Congressman tells Legislature to back off immigration

May 9, 2008 - 9:42PM
James Osborne

McALLEN - U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar told the Texas Legislature to stay away from enacting immigration reform.

"This is a federal matter," said Cuellar, D-Laredo. "If the state gets involved you're liable to have a patchwork of laws."

The congressman made his comments Friday to a roomful of Texas businesspeople at the McAllen Convention Center during a forum on the effects increasing immigration enforcement have on the business sector.

During the last legislative session, a Republican-led coalition pushed for the creation of a system of fines and other punitive measures for Texas businesses caught hiring illegal immigrants, as well as other anti-immigration measures.

The proposal never made it to the assembly for a vote, but the effort will be renewed when the Legislature convenes in January, said state Rep. Leo Berman, R-Tyler, who was Friday's meeting.

"(The federal government) has done nothing about illegal immigration, and as a state representative my oath says I will protect the Constitution and the laws of the state of Texas," he said. "We're playing this a lot smarter this time."

Berman said "almost every Republican" is expected to support the legislation.
Even opponents admit they have a tough fight ahead of them, though.

"We haven't had anything done (at the federal level) the last two years, so the pressure will be increased," said Bill Hammond, president of the Texas Association of Business and a former Republican state representative for Dallas.

Laws targeting businesses that hire illegal immigrants already have passed in Arizona, Oklahoma and other states.

According to Texas Employers for Immigration Reform, a pro-business and pro-immigrant group, the industries that would be most affected by tougher immigration enforcement are farming, construction and the service industry.

"These laws could be very harmful to Texas businesses," Hammond said. "It's shortsighted and we'll likely end up with a lot of lawsuits being filed."
