I would just like to know exactly how Telco Foods in Colton California can let an illegal immigrant go because the social security number that he used for a lengthy time came back as invalid.  So he now works for one of their sub-contractors doing work at their plant under a different company.  How in the world can they get away with that.  In addition, they just had a workforce reduction.  Yes you guest it.  They let go legal employees under the "workforce reduction" then turned around a did a mass hiring of hispanics.  Kinda suspicious.  I personally know persons who work there still and some that were let go in the workforce reduction.....  Shame on them!

If you can provide proof that this happened (current and/or former employees who will confirm), contact Immigration and Customs Enforcement!
