Color Me Homophobic

To me a lifestyle is whether I go out dancing and drinking and do the party scene, or if I hunt, fish and hike and do outdoors things or choose to live a lifestyle of reading and attending lectures etc.  Or maybe it is strictly doing things within your church group.  These are what I consider lifestyles.  What you do in your life.  Homosexuality is not a lifestyle.  But then an illegal alien is not an immigrant.  Society thinks, and it seems to work, that if we hear something referred to often enough it becomes so.  Just like some are now referring to the illegal alien population as "economic refugees."  We'll see how long it takes for that phrase to catch on.

Homosexuality and all other disorders/lifestyle choices like it are  on one hand slowly spoon fed to us by those with alterior motives.  I order to justify their own evil desires in life, they have to feel that what they are doing is accepted by many.  Where years ago Ellen D. still had to cancel her show after declaring to be "gay", she is now accepted everywhere.  Every TV program has adapted to it, and we now see men kissing or two Mommies holding hands like this is the way God intended .  And if we do not like being confronted with these things, and all those who don't buy into it are considered homophobic.  Bring in the ACLU.  Here we see the phenomenom that, if we don't accept and/or tolerate what is basically forced unto us, we will be sued until we do.  And money talks.  How many Towns, Cooperations, Individuals have been giving into the radical left agenda, because they could not afford to do otherwise.  Instead of being able to speak our minds, speak the truth the way we see and feel it as intended under the 1st Amendment, we are scared to death to stand up for what is right, because evil is good business.

And, why do homosexuals have their entire identities wrapped up in their sexuality?  I do not define myself by my heterosexuality.  There are many things about myself that I would choose to describe myself to someone else before I chose my sexual life.

Just as Satan passed his evilness to Adam and Eve, we also try to justify and pass on our evilness to others, trying our best to make evil good.

I don't know if any of you saw my post in another thread but I mentioned in it that I was going to go to my city council and petition to have a "heterosexual pride" parade. You can bet they'd poo-poo me right out of town but if I told them that I was gay and wanted my town to be made aware of how proud I was of my sexuality, they'd grant my request...if nothing else, just for the sake of not being sued for "discrimination". Get real, people of the gay community. I don't wear my sexuality on my sleeve. God created me as I am, a sexual being, but certainly not so I could have a parade to celebrate it and throw it in everyone's face who disagreed with it. Give me a break. 

Perhaps I can coordinate a National Heterosexual Pride day. Wouldn't that just go over like a screen door in a submarine. Why, tell me, WHY can't I have the same kind of parade and not be called a narrow-minded, prejudiced, hate-mongering bigot? Should my "right" to declare my sexuality be any LESS than those of the gay community? I think not. However, seeing how the laws of our land are not Lex Rex (Law is King) but rather Rex Lex (King is Law), the courts and our brain-dead politicians just change the laws to fit their own liking rather than conforming their lives to the laws. Granted, some laws need to be changed and/or just deleted but our courts seem to change the laws based upon the "whims" of the militant who drag them through the courts and force their own agenda down our throats.

What, pray tell, is this country coming to???

I read earlier today that 51% of people in CA would vote to allow gay marriage now.  That's not much of a majority, but still a majority.  It's a slippery slope.

Any kind of parade that is not for the leftist, liberal, so-open-minded-your-brain-will-fall-out agenda, is racist, bigotted, xenophobic, prejudiced and any other negative term as far as the liberals are concerned.  One cannot support traditional values or one's country without getting a negative label attached.  I'm surprised we're still allowed to have 4th of July parades.  I'm sure the Hispanics and homosexuals will complain about that next. 

 I mean, how can we celebrate our nation's birth when we are so unwelcoming to illegal invaders, I mean "God's children" and so phobic of sexual perverts, I mean those who live an alternative lifestyle?

I have taken a few online tests to find where I stand on issues as compared to the general public. I keep coming out as a moderate. Even so, public displays of homosexual affiliations are absolute turnoffs to me. I accept  homosexuality as a fact of human nature. Nonetheless, it is an aberration. I do not ever want it displayed in front of young children, Comong of age is hard enough without pedophiles pushing their agenda in the hopes of converting our youth to their perversity.

Am I to sit back and watch organizations like NAMBLA continue to soil the fabric of decency in America?? The ACLU defends their actions. As such, tghey and their lawyers should be found gulity and sent to prison.

I believe, because of illegal immigration, public homosexuality, (if San Fran is not the reincarnation of Sodom and Gomorrah, don't know what is.), and the tension of Iraq as well as the worsening economic problems is going to result in an explosion of anger and violence in this country.

I don't go to church anymore. I would not be surprised to see a lesbian bishop having sex on the altar, or wind up being the only English speaking person there. I am too old to have children in elementary school, but I would possibly have wound up in jail if I were one of the parents in Massachusetts who objected to my elementary youngster being taught about oral and anal sex in school and the judge told them that the schools were better qualified to make that decision.

What a disgusting, sick country we are becoming.

Misterbill, I like the fire in your convictions! I agree with you about the fabric of decency in our country being soiled and trampled on by left-wing agendas and it really is sickening. I was informed by my CEO that I needed to "celebrate diversity." I said, "No way am I celebrating diversity. I will simply have to "tolerate" it for the sake of keeping my job." The diversity celebration was about homosexuals in the workplace. What they do in the privacy of their homes is their business but I DO NOT have to celebrate it or think their sexuality is acceptable. It shouldn't even be an issue in my office. Why doesn't anyone celebrate my heterosexuality? It's pure b*lls**t.

As for school curriculums, all I can say is OH MY GOD! The crap they spew out in the name of "education" is sickening. My daughter at just twelve years of age (back five years ago) came home from her public school one day and said, "Dad, I'm NOT going back to that school ever again." I asked her why. She said that two lesbians were brought into her classroom and were espousing the joys of lesbian relationships and the school was telling children that they should "experiment" so that they can see for themselves if they like homosexual sex. They needed to 'expand their horizons' as it were. She never set foot in that school again. We put her in a private Christian school where she attended church and she's graduating next year. I'm glad that my wife and I raised her in such a way that she recognized this evil for what it was and she made the decision to not subject herself to that.  She did that at twelve years of age. Makes a daddy proud, I tell ya. We raised all of our children in a loving Christian environment and they turned out to be wonderful adults. Nuf said.

This country was founded on Biblical principle and doing the right thing, according to God's immutable, inerrant and infallible Word. Our problem  is our self-indulgent pride and arrogance in our own sufficiency.

As a coutry and a people, we no longer fear God and do not tremble in the reading of His Holy Word. We have walked away from God and we're going to suffer the consequences. We can't complain, because this is what we've allowed to happen.

As christians, we are weak and afraid to be persecuted for our faith. We would rather say nothing and "live & let live" than to stand up for the Word of God; demanding from our religious and political leaders to return to the principles laid out for us in the Word of God. 

Look at the promise that God makes us:

"..and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and trun from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and heal their land." 2Chronicles 7:14 NASB (bold added)

This is the only way our nation will ever be the power it was meant to be form its very foundation.

I think one of the unfortunate things is how it's translated in the Scriptures.  For example, Acts 15...

Act 15:20  but to write to them to hold back from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and that strangled, and blood.

 

See the word "fornication" there?  It is porneia in Greek and means this:

Now, if you go to Lev. 18, there's a long list of sexual misconduct (sexual crimes) that one can break.  Homosexuality is one of them.  So if someone practices being gay or they practice fornication, adultery, any kind of illicit sex, sex with animals, etc., they are in serious trouble because this becomes a part of their very nature.  However, one can repent, meaning to turn the other way and seriously say you're sorry to Yahweh for committing these acts along with feeling remorse.  They can be repented of.

 

My only advice to is this, if a person thinks that they're born gay in some manner, which, in my opinion, isn't the truth, then basically they need to turn from that behavior and just don't have sex period.

 Actually, it is none of my business, however, whether one realizes it or not, it does impact society sooner or later.  If one sexual crime is laxed, others gradually become laxed.  That being said, who's making it whose business?  Aren't the homosexuals trying to make it all our business?  Aren't the ones having sex with animals, etc., saying, oh, if the animal doesn't mind, why should we mind?  Did you know these perverts are saying this?  So once you lax one form of sexual crime, the others just follow right after the other.

What a great read, I thought I was the only one who was a homophobic, I enjoyed all your read's, the problem as I see it is Christian in color, meaning that myself and many many more have been taught from the Bible such as "God love's everyone", "love your neighbor", "turn the other cheek", so on & so on, I talk to Christian's, (well some don't want to hear it) there pastor's are God, the Christian thinks they know everything, and know nothing, sure they READ the Bible, they just don't STUDY the Bible.But why should they, why have a book so thick when most Christian's will tell you, ask forgiveness, be baptized, recieve the Holy Ghost, and that's it, then you can do , and live as you please and go to Heaven.As far as the one's I have talked to they do not believe that there are Saints in the world as far as there concerned you can't not live a sinless life, they also look at me as a mental problem as I try to explain that there are also demon's walking among us, one type of demon is the gay person, lifelong, decieving many into that lifestye. Would you believe if 90% of the Christian's church's would have a box at the exit asking for just change, to fight the good fight WE are no longer a Christian nation because the Christian's do not want a Christian nation, and as Misterbill I do not go to church, I do not want to be decieved, I wish we could get together, I do not know how to organize such a project, so many young people being decieved, and the church's there selfs, so scared there going to lose there tax exempt, Thanks for letting me sort of vent, and God bless.
