Mothers Against Illegal Aliens--AZ Alert

I received the following information from the MAIA (Mothers Against Illegal Aliens), M. Bruning, Founding Member.  Even if you are not in Arizona, participation with this group could help the entire country.  Thank you for your help, FS members.

 MY DEAR FRIENDS IN FREEDOM AND DEFENDERS OF LIBERTY: 

I am about 10 days away from sharing the contents of the Federal Complaint which is intended to be filed with the U. S. Federal District Court in Phoenix, the United States Attorney and the Attorney General of the United States. 

The Defendants in the Complaint will be the Mayor of Phoenix, the Chief of Police of Phoenix, the Chief of Police of Mesa, AZ, the Latino Caucus of the AZ Legislature and several specific members of that caucus, the Mayor of Guadalupe, AZ and several others who are sworn Public Officials....both elected and/or appointed and who have publicly condemned the efforts of the Maricopa County Sheriff and the County Attorney and who, by taking such public positions are in fact and in deed, in violation of their Oath of Office which requires them to support the enforcement of the laws that are currently on the books.  The Complaint will also speak to their deliberate attempts to thwart the Rule of law and to violate the "Equal Protection Clause" of the U. S. Constitution and the State Constitution.

I have received the names, addresses, comments, etc of about 50 people from all across the USA.  PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING AND PLEASE INCLUDE ARTICLES SPECIFICALLY ABOUT PHOENIX, MESA, GUADALUPE AND ARIZONA THAT HAVE COME TO YOUR ATTENTION, REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU MAY LIVE.  ONE OF THE CHALLENGES THAT WILL NEED TO BE OVERCOME IS A POTENTIAL ARGUMENT THAT WHAT THESE POLITICIANS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LEADERS ARE DOING DOES NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT ON THE REST OF THE NATION.  TO BE SURE, THAT IS NOT THE CASE.  WE MUST SHOW THAT WHAT THE MAYOR AND POLICE CHIEF OF PHOENIX AND MESA AND GUADALUPE ARE DOING....IS INDEED AFFECTING THE HEARTS AND THE MINDS OF OUR FELLOW AMERICANS AND THAT THEY ARE ENCOURAGING THE FURTHERANCE OF THIS LAW BREAKING INVASION BY CONDEMNING THE EFFORTS OF THE OF OTHER ELECTED OFFICIALS AND APPOINTED AND TRAINED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

WHAT I AM ASKING YOU MY FELLOW PATRIOTS IS TO LEND ME YOUR NAME....SEND ME ARTICLES AND NEWSPAPER COMMENTARY RE THE PHOENIX AREA THAT YOU MAY HAVE RECEIVED AND ANY FEDERAL REFERENCES THAT YOU MAY FEEL WILL BE USEFUL.  REMEMBER THAT WE ARE FOCUSING ON EXPOSING THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS AND POSITIONS OF POLITICIANS AND POLICE OFFICIALS THAT ARE AIMED AT DISCREDITING, NOT ONLY SHERIFF JOE....BUT ALSO OUR RULE OF LAW.  THESE ANTI-AMERICAN SCUMBAGS ONLY EMBOLDENED THE ILLEGAL ALIEN INVADERS AND THEIR ANTI-AMERICAN ADVOCATES....RIGHT DOWN TO, MORE RECENTLY....THE POPE.

  I sincerely hope that this works out to be a new tool to fight these invaders and all those who give them aid and comfort

   As I have been saying all along our fight has got to start at the local level. When these law breaking elected officials are either out of office or ideally jailed we can move on to other sanctuary areas and criminal elected officials.

  But I will not hold my breath as our government, at the federal level, is intent on blocking all attempts by WE THE PEOPLE to be heard and OBEYED .

  I will tell you this my friends I have become very alarmed at what I see happening to my country. What is going on here will end up as bloodshed in the streets as patriot citizens pickup arms and remove this government as we are instucted to do by the Constitution.
