justducky -- if you right click on Patsy's smiley above, and select open in new tab or window, it is easy to install.  It puts a Smiley Central logo on your Internet Explorer toolbar.  You can then click on it when you want to insert a smiley into a post.  It has features where you can make custom smileys, and also has a really good search function.  Good luck!

Hey thanks you guys.  I have ME operating system which wasn't  listed, but did a manual download.  Now lets see if I can figure out how to use it and if it will work
