Gang-related fight leads to arrests of 3 teens

GAINESVILLE - Three Gainesville teenagers face gang-related charges after their arrests during a fight involving rival gang members in a parking lot on Atlanta Road.

Agents with the Gang Task Force, Gainesville Police Department, and the Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad arrested the three after police responded to a report of a fight in the parking lot of Del Sol, which is a restaurant and bar, located at 1830 Atlanta Road. They say the altercation involved members of three street gangs - SUR13, BOE and Laonda. T

A 16-year-old member of Laonda was stabbed in the arm and his head was also cut. The victim’s injuries are not believed to be life threatening and he was treated at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Three members of SUR 13 were charged with aggravated assault, affray, violation of the Street Gang and Terrorism Act. They are Hector Rodriquez, 17, and Rafael Munoz, 18, both of Gainesville, and a 16-year-old from Gainesville whose name was not released because of his age.

Additionally, Rodriguez was charged with providing Officers with the wrong date of birth, claiming to be a juvenile when in fact he is an adult.

I don't care if he's a juvenile or adult.  I care whether he is legal or not.  And I'll bet he isn't.  I know Georgia is overrun with them.  Too bad they didn't all kill each other.  I know that may sound awful but if they don't they will sooner or later kill innocents.
