Ballot Initiative Filed Over Illegal Immigration In Arkansas

A ballot initiative before the attorney general's office would require those seeking public benefits from the state to prove their citizenship.

The measure by Secure Arkansas, a group chaired by Jeannie Burlsworth of Bryant, would make individuals sign an affidavit under the penalty of perjury that they are lawfully living in the United States.
Burlsworth says the measure is aimed at stopping illegal immigrants from receiving state benefits.

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has until April 9 to review the proposed ballot title.
If approved, supporters of the measure could begin gathering the required 61,974 signatures needed to place it before voters in November.

And once they all get to San Francisco we can only hope that the next terrorist attack is on San Francisco.  And make no mistake.  There will be another attack.

As open as our borders are I truly expect another attack, And I really hope the bill passes that takes federal funds from Santuary cities.

Is there such a bill?  I know there was an amendment by Sen. Vitter to another bill that would withhold federal funds from sanctuary cities but it was defeated by way of being tabled.  Both my senators voted against this amendment and boy did I let them know what I thought of them for voting against the American taxpayers.  I hope there is another bill dealing with this issue but if there is I don't know of it.

For those who have not heard-tomorrow Monday 7, April CBS evening news will have a segment on what it is costing the American taxpayer to pay for health services of illegals.

In Arkansas both Democrat Senators have always voted for medical care for illegals.  People are getting tired of footing the bill expanded health care costs while the illegals send their money back to their country of origin.

I can't believe that MSM is going to take up this issue.  Maybe there is hope yet.

WOW...CBS is going to have a show on illegal aliens????  Hmmmmmmm......wonder how honest it will be.  Way too many Americans have no clue how much the illegals are costing this country.  Arnold lives on another planet or in la la land
