United States Justice Foundation Wins Pro Bono Case!

John Monti, an activist dedicated to stopping child prostitution and a bilingual California public school teacher was BEATEN on November 18th, 2006, by eight day laborers, several of them illegal aliens.  Monti suffered cuts and bruises in the beating and managed to escape, likely saving his life. 

He decided something must be done so he filed charges against his assailants, but he didn't receive the response from the police that he was looking for. Instead of going to court to confront his assailants, he received word that HE was the one that was to be prosecuted, for allegedly assaulting the eight thugs in question!

John Monti is just like you! He is just a concerned citizen that noticed some unscrupulous dealings going on in a nearby neighborhood. He did what any of the millions of honest citizens of this great country would do done when they witness illegal activity; he reported it to the police. The response he got from the police would be an omen of things to come, they did nothing. But what was going on in the shanty town outside of San Diego was too much for John Monti to ignore.

Among other criminal acts, this haven for illegal aliens was used for running a child prostitution ring. After repeated attempts to get the police involved failed, Monti decided to go and obtain photographic evidence of what was going on, in an effort to shed some public light on the situation.
It was then, on November 18th, that he was surrounded by eight attackers, who obviously didn't want anyone to know what was going on there. They beat John Monti in order to ensure that their illegal activities could continue, unhindered.

This is just one more example of how far the liberal fringe will go to ensure that there is an open border. There are people out there that want illegals to have free reign of the United States and they are willing to give these criminals more rights than actual American Citizens!

Who's to say that the next person to be prosecuted in this manner isn't your friend, one of your family members, or even yourself!

There is only one thing to do! Stand up and fight against this gross injustice! And that is exactly what the United States Justice Foundation did! Soon after these events unfolded the liberal media descended like vultures to put their political spin on the matter. Before he knew it, John Monti was being dubbed as a violent racist. This despite the fact that his wife is Latina. 

Hearing about the injustice John Monti faced, the United States Justice Foundation (USJF) reacted to help this man that was being unjustly prosecuted.

USJF mounted a vigorous defense of John Monti in court. During the course of the two week trial, USJF lawyers showed the truth about what happened to John Monti and the jury agreed unanimously that John was not guilty.

When the system represents the big money elites, we the people are the victims. It appears that our rights end where the interests of the elites begin.

Well......our border patrol better start shooting.  PDQ!!  It appears to be the only way we're going to stop this war we're in.  How many more of these camps do you suppose there are?

They're stealing American children and taking them to illegal alien Tramp Camps too.  A few attempts have been caught.  I suppose there are a lot of shallow graves in the hills!  When will this maddness stop!  Let's hurry it along!

Now is the time we have to PROTECT ourselves along with the CHILDREN.

This is a very sicko, people.  I am really distrube to hear, about all of this that is happening.  We need to take MATTERS in our own hands.

Back when MY daughter was about 12 years old, there was these guys who lived across the way from us. they whee mexican, I bet they where ILLEGAl.  We came home from the store, and this guy was home he was standing in the window, jacking off, had his pants down, and I caught him, looking at my daughter and he was doing this.  Well, we went inside and I got my gun, and went over to his house and knocked on the door.  He answered and he had his pants up, and I aimed that gun right at his you know what and told him if I ever see that again, I will shoot it off.  Then I aimed it at his head. I told him he will have both his F___ing heads blown off.  the police where called and they did nothing about it.  They kind of laughted about it, and they told him to stay away from me.  The next day they moved.  Never had a problem again.

Until now. Moving to Arizona, lots of ILLEGALS here.

I guess they can listen and get a move on when they feel threatened!  This is really sick!  This is so third world that I can't even think about it going on in the United States!  What the heck are they setting us up for?  Kind of makes you wonder doesn't it?
