Isn't this the guy who ran on the promise of restoring morals and ethics to Albany?  The one who busted and prosecuted prostitution rings and called them vile and disgusting?  Imagine that.  Let me guess the dems reaction..."this is a private sexual matter between the governor and his wife."

LOL...my husband just came up with a theory....Spitzer was conducting a sting/survey undercover to see how bad the problem of prostitution really is in this country.  Seems he's an undocumented ho-researcher!!!

LOL...local talk show host Howie Carr is having a field day with the story, playing the sound clip just saying "Client #9", and then a clip from the song, "Love Potion #9".   Like any pol, FW, you know he thinks he's above it all and never dreamed he'd get caught.  I didn't turn on the news to see it, but the talk show people are saying his wife was at his side.  If my husband had been caught with a whore, he'd be staring down the barrel of a shotgun.  And if I found out he spent $50,000 on one weekend with a whore, he'd be pushing up daisies.  What a POS indeed!!

Mr. Spitzer, who was huddled with his top aides early this afternoon, had hours earlier abruptly canceled his scheduled public events for the day. I have a feeling that the 'good' Governor's actions will bring a little heat on Shrillary for the 'company' that she keeps. Another '90s episode unfolding. But, it looked like he pulled a page out of Sen. David Vitter's playbook, bring the wife out and get sympathy for your actions.

I'm not sure if he'll resign. But, I feel there will be a lot of people (Lou Dobbs included) who will be pounding the point home.
