Baby born healthy after doctors advise aborting him

 

A leading women's pro-life group says a recent case in Wales, in which a perfectly healthy baby boy was born after a doctor had advised the couple to abort the child, is a good example of why parents should always choose life. 

 

 

A baby that doctors said would be deaf, blind, and survive only a few hours is now healthy and attempting to talk. However, doctors previously urged Becky and Kriss Kramer to abort their baby. They claimed the child would be born with a rare condition that affects fewer than one-out-of-a-million people worldwide.
 
But the couple defied the doctors' advice, and their son Brandon was born in October. The new parents say he is now teething and attempting to talk.
 
Wendy Wright, president of Concerned Women for America, advocates that all parents should give their children a chance at life.
 
"This story that comes out of Wales is a good example for why parents ought to take medical diagnoses with a grain of salt, and should follow their natural instincts to love and nurture and care for and protect their child," she insists. "Even if the child had been born disabled, that is not a reason to kill the baby. We would never dream of killing a two-year-old that had significant disabilities."
 
The British Pregnancy Advisory Service, which bills itself as the U.K.'s "leading sexual healthcare provider," reports that it performs about 55,000 abortions a year. BPAS has facilities in England, Wales, and Scotland.

Given a choice of errors one is certainly fatal.

Killing  a baby is a sin, either it is normal or abnormal. God has the only authority of doing such. One thing also, when you go for check-ups, you must go for the best doctor even if the professional fee is expensive. You made a good decision  when you didn't let your baby be aborted. He/she is a blessing on your family=)

It's common practice now that when you go to a doctor's office while pregnant, they offer tests to see if your child will be born with down syndrome or other certain birth defects.  If the tests comes out positive, they give you the option to terminate the pregnancy.   The tests aren't 100% accurate & it makes me wonder how many women have aborted perfectly healthy babies because of a false positive test...  I don't believe in abortion & I'm so glad that before I was saved I never was never in the position to have to choose if I should abort...  I know so many women that had abortions when they were younger & live the rest of their lives regretting their decision & wondering what the baby would have been like.  Some of them even remember their due date & on that day think, "Today my baby would be ___ years old."  I think it would be helpful for girls that are considering abortion to talk to women that have had one & now regret it & wish they had made the choice for life.

Why would leftists need to educate their victims... they're just trying to help them because they are unable to take care of themselves and therefore give leftists a purpose

Well, their "education" is going after young children who are still young & willing to accept anything an adult tells them as fact.  Look at all the schools who hand out condoms & such & teach about "safe" sex.  Then when a girl ends up pregnant, there's an organization that will "take care" of her "problem" and not even tell her parents.  It makes me so angry...then I have to keep reminding myself of the verse, "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.  Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."  Ephesians 6:10-12 (NIV version)  This verse helps me remember that we shouldn't hate people because they believe in a lie, but we should hate the lie, which is promoted by the father of lies & do everything in my power to tell others the truth (which is not relative).  I'll get off my soapbox now...sorry if this wasn't on target with the article.
