U.S. & Canada sign agreement for martial law

I received an e-mail stating the U.S. Government and the Canadian Government signed an agreement stating that each country has the right to militarily cross the border to assis the other in a case of civil emergency.  Is there anyone out there that can help me verify this?  Any ideas on how I reasearch this.  Apparently the agreement was signed on February 14, 2008 in Texas.

thanks Lady Jane, I guess that proves it's true.  I didn't want to start panicing until I knew for sure.   I also just found out that the U.S. Army and Marines were doing practice martial law operations in April 2000.  That really shocked me.  I guess I would have expected it after 9/11 but not before....it sure is looking like the government knows a lot more than we do...I don't mind saying it's starting to make me nervous....thanks again..

Just another example of the treason going on in Washington.  The links to the NAU and the NWO couldn't be clearer. I just keep e mailing my address book with these "tidbits" that the MSM feel they don't have to publish.  When I get news from the net and the press and TV avoid it, I have to assume that no only is it true, but that the last remaining great Republic's People will be horrified to learn their constitution is being trampled upon daily.

Canada doesn't seem to think it's a secret, according to the article (the link ) that Lady Jane gave, Canada is going to print it in thier newspaper next week.  Wonder what Washington will do then?
