Obama-Clinton Debate: 2/21/08: Comments

Some of the questions are in Spanish.  I feel like my country is being given away as these two speak.

Is anyone watching? 

Am I wrong, did she turn on the water works?  When she is down, she tears up, and gets an ovation.

Great, they are going to  rebroadcast the debate on Univision in Spanish!!  How special!

It was a Democratic lovefest.  Few differences between the two.  I remember when the polls started coming to me and Universal Healthcare was offered as one of my choices of  things important to me, but not illegal immigration.

Essentially we get universal heathcare and lots of illegal aliens who will get universal healthcare and jobs and college tuition.

We've been railroaded. Pushed aside and used.  And those stupid people in that auditorium.  Don't they realize for anything they get free from the government they give up much more.  

They both want to save the world, take care of everyone and make everyone feel warm and fuzzy.  Is that Socialism?  Why don't they just say it? 

Looks like we all need to start speaking Spanish. And, they more or less made the point that they'll support the NAFTA Superhighway without having to say it.

I like that Senator Obama wants to get everyone to work together. But, it sounds like his type of working together is by Republicans to accept Democratic stances but the Democrats wouldn't have to accept any of the Republican stances. Sounds like a lopsided deal, if you ask me. 

What a bunch of jerk-offs. They should be pandering to the American People, not those from "south of the border".

Think about this:

Our forefathers come here without a dime, work like dogs, are called names, die in wars, live through the great depression and finally society evolves to the point where disease is all but gone, most have a place to live, our food is safe and if we really want to we can be educated.  We live free in the greatest nation in the world.

We don't realize that forces behind the scenes are manipulating us.  We were doing just fine, moving along so we thought, but others had other plans for us.  We've been set up.  Bush is just the one with the gall to tip us over.

Now foreigners move in, take our jobs, are given healthcare and have higher expectations and more demands than we ever had.  What happened?
