TAKE ACTION on Berkley for banning marines!!

Berkley has said they will ban the Marines from that city.  Senate was threatening to withhold $2 Million in federal funds which I've heard they can not do.  Rumor has it Berkleyis  softening on their stance.  However, they have allowed Code Pink group to come in and demonstrate against Marines. 

This morning I heard another city in Ohio, I believe , is not allowing Marines to come for their pre-arranged training due to action by the mayor.  This has to stop!

The Berkeley City Council has told the Marine Recruiting Office to get out of Berkeley. Senator Jim DeMint of South Carolina has put together a video that shows you explicitly what the City Council members of Berkeley said about our Marines and the effort to force the recruiters to leave the city. They include comments from the Mayor who says that the Marines "don't belong here in Berkeley." These people aren't just against the war, they are against our soldiers who are fighting and dying in that war. Berzerkly marches to the sound of their own drum, always have, always will.  I know I lived next to it.  They're not going to change their minds unless the Courts mandate it.  It's not part of the U.S.

SP--that may be but others are starting to emulate Berzerkly.  I think the prospect of loss of federal funds softened their position.  We the people need to let others know this banning armed services is not okay.

  I hear congress is working on something for armed forces-don't know what all it includes other than health care.
