TAKING AMERICAN'S RIGHTS AND LAND

Why the “New World” is so difficult to understand is not as complex as one might guess. While we naturally focus upon local issues and concerns such as community development, forest access, sportsmen’s rights, etc., one does need to understand the “whys” of local political decisions, and the decisions of local commissions and councils. There is rhyme and reason to our loss of rights, land, privacy, and public opinion.

Consider the following:

Every American citizen, no matter where you live, MUST buy your county’s Plat Book. Plat Books are maps that identify the owners of each and every parcel of land in your counties. You cannot know what is going on behind the scenes unless you buy your county Plat Book. Begin there.

You will then discover that most of the land in your counties is now owned by 1) state or federal government, 2) land development companies, 3) land “trusts” or “land funds,” 4) environmental organizations, and 5) large corporations.

If you are lucky enough to have several Plat Books covering a 2, 3, 5, or 10-year period (Plat Books are published annually), you will see a connection between land trusts, land development companies, land funds, and corporations. You will discover that they buy and sell to each other, and that they change the names of their organizations, and also create spin-off organizations, on a very regular basis.

Then, if you go to the websites of these land organizations, you will discover that they are “partnered” with 1) each other, and 2) with larger global corporations, and 3) with local universities and technical colleges, and 3) with “environmental” organizations.

In other words, you will find that the buying and selling of land in your counties is a highly organized business bureaucracy that circulates and perpetuates “profit and control” between revolving door “partnerships.”

But what are “partnerships?” In a word, “business” has changed in the United States. On television commercials, I’m sure you’ve heard the term “partners.” It sounds nice – like cooperative business ventures for the good of the public. However, nothing can be farther from the truth.

Partnerships, stakeholding, and NGOs (non-governmental organizations) are America’s (and the world’s) new governmental bureaucracy system. This system is the brainstorm of the United Nations and was defined in a document called Agenda 21, which means Agenda for the 21st Century.

Agenda 21, in a nutshell, mandated that all countries that were U.N. members implement all Agenda 21 requirements into their nations and governmental structures. The U.S. is a member of the United Nations, and therefore we were required to implement Agenda 21.

In the U.S., Agenda 21 is called by different names. We call it “sustainable development,” “sustainable communities,” “Local 21,” “Smart Growth,” and a whole bevy of other names. However, all these governmentally imposed programs and changes that we now see in our communities (and worldwide) are upon the insistence of the U.N. as outlined in the Agenda 21 document.

First and foremost, Agenda 21 mandated that there is to be NO ownership of private property – worldwide. The U.N. believes that all land, watershed systems, and natural resources must be owned and administered by “government.” To American people, this is what we consider to be Communism. We believe that ownership of property is directly tied to freedom.

As the United States set up and is the primary financial supporter of the United Nations, the U.N. had to come up with a plan to make palatable their right to confiscate our privately owned land. But how did they accomplish that plan?

Masterfully, the United Nations, with their partners (the World Bank, the World Trade Organizations, and the International Monetary Fund, and global corporations and groups), began funding “environmental” science organizations and universities with grant dollars. By doing so, they also formed “partnerships” with eco-organizations and scientists, and a master plan evolved.

Under the direction of Agenda 21, a massive funding web of partnerships, stakeholders, and NGOs, a “grant-hired” eco-doomsday scenario was created and served to manipulate American people into 1) giving up their privately owned properties for the good of “sustainable” nature, and 2) to lay the groundwork for the “partnership-stakeholding-NGO bureaucracy. It worked like a charm.

Once you buy your county Plat Books, you will clearly see that there is next to no property left to buy in the United States. It has already been purchased by state and federal government, land development companies, large corporations, land trusts like The Nature Conservancy, and land fund organizations – all of which are “partnered” together in the greatest land and natural resource confiscation scheme in the history of the world.

In a nutshell, we are witnessing bureaucratic nation conquering. Rather than using warfare to collect new countries and landmasses, the partnership bureaucracy is collecting world territory via land grabbing initiatives under the direction of the United Nations and its global partners.

These initiatives are operating in every town, burg, rural, and wilderness area in the United States. Therefore, all state and local politicians, beholding to federal laws and money, were forced to become a part of the Agenda 21 mandate for ending all ownership of private property. These initiatives are operating in all U.N.-member nations.

Equally, the professional sciences of “ecology” and “conservation” were bought by the Agenda 21 system, and are now solely funded by Agenda 21 “partners” in land confiscation.

On the federal level, you will find the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Defense, the Department of the Interior, the Department of Natural Resources, all three Executive levels, and other governmental departments under the control of the United Nations. All treaties, Memorandums of Understanding, and alliances with the U.N. trump the Constitutional Laws of the United States. This is important, folks – international law “trumps” national law. “Treaties” trump national law. In other words, our politicians, agreeing to be members of the United Nations, and agreeing to implement Agenda 21, suspended our Constitutional rights AND our rights to own private property. This, my friends, is fact of law, and this law, by definition, is called Communitarian Law.

At the state level of government, our state governors, who hope to retain the financial support of the federal government, have also agreed to implement Agenda 21 into each and every one of our 50 states. This includes our state universities.

And now we come to our local levels of government, our local colleges and universities, and our local movers and shakers, which we well know are the affluent people who are our county commissioners, councilmen, and businessmen. All the affluent locals, in efforts to gain dollars from their state governments, and to be privy to the endless money via international, federal, and state grants for “land” ventures, have signed onto the new “partnership-stakeholding-NGO” system of business, because that new bureaucracy is how wealth, power, and money works in the New World. In truth and fact, if you aren’t a part of this new governmental bureaucracy, which includes grant money and non-profit status, you are 1) not going to succeed financially, and 2) you are not going to gain any political or local power.

We are operating under a new form of government. It is the United Nations-defined form of government. Our Constitutional government has been overtaken by international law, and we, the people, are systematically losing not only our private property, but our access rights to our wilderness areas, as well. We are also losing all other freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution.

It’s all dressed up in “love of nature and/or sustainability” language, but the facts remain the same. Private property is to end, and this is why, via your county Plat Books, you will see that there is literally next to no land left for us to buy in our country. This is why you are seeing “access restrictions” being imposed daily and all across our nation. This is why we are being herded into “planned communities” where we do not own the land. Agenda 21 originally defined these planned communities as “human settlements.” How many land development companies are now in your areas? How many deed-restricted communities have been erected?

This is why deer and cattle populations are being purposefully killed off by “reintroduced” wolf and cougar populations, but to name a few of the land confiscation “partnering” webs of deceit. The intent is to get us off our private and public lands.

Our “New World” is a new one-world government. It is composed of European central banks, the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the International Monetary Fund, the World Court, the United Nations, and many other global organizations, groups, people, and corporations. This system was incrementally set into play over the last century, and has now overtaken the United States – thanks to our elected – who agreed to exchange our sovereignty, our way of life, our religion and beliefs, and our Constitutional government and rights for a global hybrid-corporate/Socialism/Communism. We now live under new rules, which have changed everything from our children’s educations to our rights to honest science, our health and privacy, our living and home options, and even our personal and public rights and opinions.

Our New Government is a combination corporate-financial system, with human beings as highly controlled servants to profit. Our New Government has created a techno-society, where we are highly “managed” creatures – much like chipped and reintroduced wolves and “invasive” species. We are also being chipped on a daily basis, and are governmentally and corporately encouraged to do so. We are in tremendous trouble and we are vulnerable to this new techno-society with its non-stop chemtrail spraying, manufactured super-viruses, weather control, spying technologies, and to our elected who are also loyal to the mass human de-population plans and mandates of Agenda 21. Watch and listen for state-mandated initiatives to curb reproduction and birthrights – particularly for poor women.

On a final note, and for all who live in the forested lands of the United States, and particularly the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, keep two concepts in mind – forest fires and global mining interests. I suggest they are systematically linked. Watch for “forest fire research” in your colleges and universities.

Thoughtfully consider why anyone in their right mind, much less entire governmental departments, would agree to implement programs like large carnivore reintroduction – thereby decimating deer and other ungulates, and cattle populations, nationwide. Why? To force farmers and ranchers out of business and to sell their land, and to effectively end hunting and other outdoor wilderness sports. It’s called getting the people off the land, folks – plain and simple. If you buy the eco-sustainability explanations, you still haven’t read Agenda 21.

In bitter truth, our Constitutional governance has ended. The only question remaining is what you intend to do about it. If you are so inclined to do nothing, then welcome to your New World. And while you’re watching global TV, you might make note of the fact that global pharmaceutical corporations are marketing new substances to you 24/7. I just received a newsletter from Ron Paul. He states he is not going to run in a third party, but, he will continue his persuit in the republican party. His speach was good, though, he got forceful a little too late...IMO. I am still voting for him until he has thrown in the towel; no on e else is even close as far as I can see.

DEMOCRACY: Two wolves (Republicans & Democrats) and one sheep (The People) voting on what to have for lunch... LIBERTY: A well armed sheep (The People) contesting the outcome of the vote... The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few...or the one.

He is doing all of his supporters a HUGE injustice, especially those that donated $$$$$!!!

I don't understand his thinking on this.....

I am prepared to do this alone, but I prefer some able bodied assistance if anyone wants to lend me a hand. This is not a task for the faint-hearted or those that really don’t understand what this may start in motion. This is a mission in every sense of the word and one that has implications that are too broad and far reaching to even begin to try to contemplate just now.

It is way past time to decisively stake a final claim for this nation and on behalf of the citizens of America. Not for the U.N., not for the politicians, not for the President of Mexico, and not for the American president whoever that will be. It is time to recapture this nation for honest to God Americans. It shouldn’t be done for African-Americans, Asian-Americans, German-Americans, homosexual-Americans, or anyone that has to divide their loyalties with a hyphen and hide behind some group that wants special rights that others of us do not have nor deserve.

I will not volunteer so that I can watch people who call America home, run their mouths about what they clearly don’t know, at the expense of the rest of us. They are purposefully uninformed and intentionally destructive of freedom’s soul by their ignorance and refusal to become well-informed, truly patriotic citizens.

We all know too well the thousands of large factions of people living within our borders who are plotting daily how to bring America to ruin. They support mammoth government entitlements, UN backed gun registration efforts, closure of national lands, tax dollar foreign aid give-aways, sanctuary cities, and open borders. We watch as individuals claim “constitutional rights” to do every sort of perverted activity, including legalized prostitution, drug use and unlimited gay sex in public places. Yet the ACLU and its communist agenda sues to keep the church’s influence out of the public square. (What influence??) We tolerate those who constantly cry “take away the guns” from Americans. Firearm ownership is a NATURAL right that cannot be granted OR taken away. It is as natural to an American as sunlight. Tragically, Canada, England, and Australia are prime examples of “free” nations now at the mercy of their governments and the criminal element because they gave up self-defense for the “good of society.” What a horrible joke. What a perfect example of living in fear these great people have come to. I do truly appreciate these English-speaking brethren, but their plight must not become our own. The bottom line is we don’t even need a constitution to guarantee many of our rights because most of them are natural. Only Congress, and its ever increasing addiction to total dictatorial power, still refuses to understand that codifying natural rights was the TRUE intent of the Founders. Judge Robert Bork knew this and the Senate couldn’t stand the thought of such a distinguished jurist actually sitting as a member of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Our out-maneuvered loyal congressmen in 1913 understood far too late the depths of conspiracy and treason committed by the putrid cabal of bankers that invaded Washington, for a final assault on the real sovereignty, independence, and liberty of working Americans. Because most cannot or will not investigate the valid claims of “radical constitutionalists” concerning this and scores of other critical, liberty-robbing issues, the American republic is at the crossroads between life and death. I tell you the truth; I absolutely despise such lazy, selfish people. They all deserve a prison cell where they can live every single moment of life without freedom.

The bankers are about to score their greatest coup yet. When the financial system finally does implode, they will be there with hands out to Congress for even more citizen money, and they will confiscate all that you have. (Actually, they don’t need further legislation; they already own us lock, stock, and barrel). All you need to realize is that every debt-ridden dollar in circulation has chained us to a payback of over nine trillion dollars. Everything you and I “own” is collateral against that debt. Everything. Every last thing!

The UN wants our land to be public, not private, and regulated through a world-wide program generally called Agenda-21. They legislate locally for “sustainable” regulated land that is no longer private nor yours to manage freely. The UN wants us to pay huge taxes to maintain this world-wide bureaucracy that has at its centerpiece a “declaration of interdependence” making America one of 185+ nations under the heel of bankers, dictators, and a police state unprecedented in world history. It would be the actual world-wide governmental apparatus for the coming Prince of Evil.

I will stake my life on this single fact. Unless a massive and immediate change is undertaken, this IS our ultimate destiny. That is, a future that is just now emerging on a politically defeated America and a morally bankrupt society.

Therefore, it is imperative that an absolute ultimatum be given to government at all levels, without exception and without further delay. This must be done before the final leg of campaigning begins. The stakes must be clearly delineated and rogue candidates labeled for what they are. CFR mouthpieces bought and paid for by internationally connected traitors to America.

In an article last year, I offered 17 steps to freedom in America. Andrew Wallace, Jim Schwiesow, Devvy Kidd, Chuck Baldwin, Frosty Woolridge, Dave Daubenmire, Alan Stang and many others have continuously and in the most clearly articulated manner, set forth the issues killing our republic beyond any argument.

However, this effort needs to be much wider and I invite any of you to offer your input by e-mailing me with your suggestions. I will incorporate all of them into the next NWV article. I will then forward copies to all state Governors, the Congress, the Executive branch and to each state’s county board association. You can refer to this project when you follow up with your own individual e-mail letters or calls to the various governmental entities.

Many of you will say this has no chance of making a difference. Others will complain when they have done nothing but complain for 20 years without taking any action at all. I know that this effort alone will not reclaim America. It will only announce that we are coming and what we want to achieve. Without this statement we have no common ground against the enemy at our border. Enemy? Yes, enemy. Anyone who invades our border is an enemy. Don’t call it something else or give it a soap box for drooling Americans to cling to because they don’t have a puppy. The enemy wants this nation destroyed. Clear? Your freedom and property are at great risk because of this INVASION. The wave of illegals is supported by many politicians and the president. It must be repelled before millions more enter to become “enemies within the gates”.

Don’t tell me that the Federal Reserve is necessary because we need a “central bank.” We don’t need a national bank, period. Do you have a valid reason to believe otherwise? Privately owned and operated credit union type models are more than sufficient to meet our depository and local investment loan needs. A citizen owned treasury is what we were given to exchange our gold and silver in transactions through, not a European branch in America of Rothschild’s organized crime money laundering monopolies.

Please make your suggestions succinct and to the point. Otherwise, professional politicians will turn them into something totally unrecognizable. Limit yourself to three suggestions and realize that others may duplicate your ideas. But, that’s all right. At least many of us will be thinking in a common manner.

For those of you, who just don’t want to make the effort, then consider this. Without one final push to get the American people in a majority and on board with this idea of America first, then a world government is all that is left for you. Without a printed legal precedent-through a well documented effort-to bring our position before government at all levels, any standing in a court is lost. I know, I know, the courts aren’t any good either, but it may come to that. A citizen jury will be convened to hear our case. Hopefully, they are fully informed and know their rights. A Grand Jury should also be convened to take on these national issues.

Finally, if you just refuse because you are too eager to confront this monster yourself with a Remington 870 tomorrow at noon, then I won’t argue with you because you are already a lost cause. It may well come to that and I am resigned to believe that it most likely will, but I want to give it this last try before we commit to martyrdom, while other Americans condemn us for being crazy, without a cause, and void of enough citizen support to get us out of Dodge on a skateboard.

It is for the victims of 9/11 that I want to do this. It is for 3,500 American soldiers in Iraq who are with God that I want to do this. It is for veterans who are 60-70-80 or 90 years old and too poor to buy bread and BP medicine, but answered the call when asked. It is for moms and kids abandoned by a man that has no honor and no guts to take care of his family. It is for men and women out of jobs because big business left them at the gate to make even more money in India or Pakistan selling your job to a $1 a day slave. It’s for ranchers in New Mexico and Arizona that can’t check their cattle without an M1A and a .45 strapped on, so that they can return home from the pastures alive. It’s for the gas station owner in D.C. that can’t protect his store or home with even a BB gun from vile gangs that prowl within a stone’s throw of the Capital itself. And it is to protect my grandchildren from lunatics who sell drugs, lie in wait to sexually assault them, or rob them of their bicycle at the point of a gun, while on the way to school.

Make no mistake, if this last and I mean LAST initiative fails, then Plan B is ready. I will not hesitate to put on a militia commander’s uniform, join with hundreds of thousands of others and remind political dictators at any level what Thomas Jefferson said about tyrannical government. At that moment all other means will have been exhausted and the final, irrevocable clarion call to arms will be justified. To not prepare for that eventuality is as foolish as a premature effort void of written justification and tragically doomed from the onset.

Begin, continue, or wrap up your efforts to be physically and materially ready to challenge the corruption creeping across America. In any event, do not ignore these final storm warnings. An F-6 twister is on its way and you are in its path. Shelter your lives and your family with the careful advance preparations of a man or woman in the image of Noah. Prepare to do battle as a Joshua, and maintain courage like the Lion of Judah.

But I warn you, do not be deceived by false calls from false nations that pretend to be God’s chosen and are at the negative core of most of these issues. They appear as righteous victims and yet steal from the blind. Be discerning and look for their communistic, racist, heart. They have gained control of our national leaders and we feed that nation’s military and atheistic society with our national resources. It is foolish and must stop.

Maintain a clean heart and walk with God all the way. May He speed you in your decisions. May He also forgive and then guide America and her people once again.

I think he is doing just the right thing! How do you figure he would be doing his supporters a HUGE injustice? I've donated to his campaign and I don't feel that way at all.... Tell us who is running that would even come close to this patriotic man? Not one of them!
