Supposedly that is how Obama signs off on his campaign speeches with those words in the title, and it brings hope etc to those with no brains apparently.  But, I want to know if he is so positive that "yes we can" why is he saying "no we can't deport or get rid of" millions of lawbreaking illegal aliens?????  Doesn't sound too much like a campaign of hope if he is cherry picking using the phrase IMO!!

So, lets adopt the phrase and say "yes we can continue to influence our elected polititions to support anti amnesty legislation"

And, BTW, WHY has AZ not started prosecuting any businesses who have hired illegals YET???

If you have to hyphenate your race--you are NOT an American!! This from a French-German-English-Irish-AMERICAN! See how silly this can become?

Sounds good, VB--great phrase.   Here is a link to read about AZ and its prosecution schedule--which has been changed.

We had the same crap here in Mass. with Cadillac Duval Patrick's campaign...his slogan was "Yes we can" and "Together we can".  Guess who Patrick's supporting?
