LIKE I'VE SAID BEFORE, Islam is not a "religion", it's a disease which has infected millions of people worldwide. "Jihad" is a major symptom of this disease, as is hatred of women and women's rights, hatred of Western Civilization, hatred of the idea of freedom of thought and expression, and celebration of the glorification of "bully-ism" and stupidity. All of the candidates waffle greatly on this subject for fear of offending our dear, peaceful Muslim citizens and the rest of the disease-stricken around the world. I really long for the day when some real man or woman who is President will utter the immortal words of Stallone: "You're a disease, and I'm the cure". What a glorious day that would be.
Old One, we ain't gonna see that happy day unless and untill we rise up as one and disrespectfully demand honesty from all aspirants for high office.
Following a recent Republican "debate", I dissected their idiocy in Four Blind Fools. That blog post is not for the weak or faint hearted.
As a model for candidate confrontation, I offer up Specifically Senator, in which I propounded the criterion for Barack Hussein Obama. Those familiar with my forum posts should be able to guess what I confronted him with.
Jihad Watch video: Candidates "link Islam with terrorism"!
In this Jihad Watch video at Hot Air, I discuss the "shameful" practice of some presidential candidates: they dare to (gasp!) "link Islam with terrorism"!
The noted academic Juan Cole figures in this one. Care to debate this question, Dr. Cole? If so, I can be reached at director@jihadwatch.org.

EXACTLY RIGHT, BEN: We ALL need to hear "our" candidates denounce Islam, which is not a religion, per se, but a mental disease!! But don't hold your breath waiting for that denunciation, for it will never come, unfortunately. "Our" candidates don't have the courage to stand for real principle.
That is why I am suggesting an open convention to pick a qualified candidate. Conservatives need to get off the starting line and start running for local and state offices. That is the only way to fill the recruiting pool for future races.
My goodness, SP. Robert Spencer hits another nail on the head. He's got this stuff not only down pat, but RIGHT!! Yet some would have us believe we should sit down and chat with these folks and see what makes them tick! Thanks for sharing that.
