I was watching a video where ex-IRS agents were saying the American public is being duped about having to pay income tax and that, in fact, there is no law that says we have to pay it? Does anyone know if this is true and does that include property taxes too?
For English, Press One.... For Spanish, MOVE BACK TO MEXICO, and Press Two!!!
Did ya hear about Ed and Elaine Brown recently? Google their story about the showdown at the New Hampshire "compound." All taxes on corporate and capital gain or business profits are absolutely lawful, but the grey area lies with the wage earners. Technically the Constitution doesn't exactly call for an income tax on a worker's salary or wages, but lobbyists coerced Congress to write in the Amendment providing for the taxation. It has never since been ratified, so there is no real income tax law on the books for employees of businesses regarding wages to date. As you may have seen, many people including former IRS agents have challenged this bogus and contrived taxation that millions give into every year. Some have actually dodged the bullet. Others like Ed and Elaine, not so lucky....personally I'm waiting for the Fair Tax Act to get voted on...hopefully in my lifetime.
Return fairness and integrity to our voting system. The voice of Mainstream America must trumpet over the plutocratic oligarchy. ~ A Constitutional Republican

Justine,
One year ago, I was innocently studying information to do my taxes. What I learned after that, which I study at least weekly, to get to the truth, made me feel like Neo in the movie "The Matrix" when he took the Red Pill. I almost feel like Cypher when he said, I know what you're thinking, 'cause right now I'm thinking the same thing. Actually, I've been thinking it ever since I got here: Why oh why didn't I take the BLUE pill?
Justine, I know *exactly* what you mean. Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about?
I am VERY serious, Justine, We live in a form of a Matrix. The so-called money in your wallet. Do you think it is money? It isn't and it even says so right on the face of every single bill in your wallet/purse. Do you know what a NOTE is, Justine? It is an I.O.U. that is nothing more than the promise to pay with REAL money in the future. In this case it is a future that never comes. The fact is you have never been paid with real money and you have never purchased anything with money. So who "owns" everything? Look on your dollars, it says FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE. It is almost worthless, which is one of the reasons that the value of the Dollar is crashing compared to other currencies right now. A large number of people are not accepting payment in U.S. Dollars anymore for this reason, they are not money but only a "NOTE", which it tells you.
The FEDERAL RESERVE is as "Federal" as Federal Express. The Federal Reserve is a private closely held corporation of 12 banks. It is owned by about 40 +/- people who control everything, right down to our INDIVIDUAL daily lives through taxation, brainwashing and our shear ignorance of our rights and the meaning and intent of our founding documents.
Your Income Taxes, according to the blue ribbon panel assigned by President Reagan in 1983, to find out exactly where personal income taxes go, found out that ALL Income Taxes go directly into the private pockets of The Federal Reserve. Once they have your Income Taxes, THEY OWN IT! The U.S. Government begs for loans from them for every single thing they spend money on! The Federal Reserve borrows your Income Taxes, Justine, to the U.S. Government, businesses, persons and other governments all over the world, at INTEREST! Ever hear of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). That's your tax dollars at work (for The Matrix).
Income Taxes, in their present form, are illegal according to The Constitution of The United States and according to the Supreme Court as found in 1919 due to the fact that the 16th Amendment doesn't apply taxation to anybody more than who was taxable before it's ratification (which can be proved wasn't ratified either. There are entire books with hard proof that the 16th amendment wasn't ratified).
I imagine that right now, you're feeling a bit like Alice. Hmm? Tumbling down the rabbit hole? I see it in your eyes. You have the look of a person who accepts what she sees because she is expecting to wake up. Ironically, that's not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Justine? No, why not? Because you don't like the idea that you're not in control of your life.
The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work... when you go to church... when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. What truth? That you are a slave, Justine. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Into a prison that you cannot taste or see or touch. A prison for your mind.
I'm trying to free your mind, Justine. But I can only show you the door. You're the one that has to walk through it.
Have you ever had a dream, Justine, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world? Welcome to the real world.
The Matrix, The Federal Reserve, is a system, Justine. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system (like Social Security, Medicare, and various other social programs), that they will fight to protect it.
Read the thread, "We Live In The Matrix" for more detailed information. Remember, All I am offering is the truth.
Trust me, ignorance is bliss, in away I wish I didn't take that red pill and found out about all of this. But the bottom line is that we are not living in freedom. And that has to change! WE HAVE TO COLLAPSE THE MATRIX, the Federal Reserve System and restore the power of our founding documents The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of The United States of America!
Justine, that fact is that there is NO LAW that compels anybody to file or pay income taxes. But The Matrix, who controls our Government because they can say "NO" to a funding request for any reason they want, like if our Government doesn't do what they want or behave the way they want, sends the IRS agents, just like the dark sunglassed dark suited guys in the movie, to collect taxes from each of us. If we don't comply they send out the "Agents" and if we still don't comply, they come with guns and take our homes, cars and money.
I hope you have the fortitude to take the read pill and join the cause of FREEDOM.
BTW: The Matrix is going to collapse unless they pass Amnesty and the NAU. That is why they are trying to pass it despite the vast majority of the American people being completely opposed to it. The Matrix is oscillating very badly right now. I am wondering if it is going to collapse even sooner than I thought. Read the thread. There is much to learn. You better understand what is going on before the collapse of The Matrix, the on coming iminent re-Revolutionary War to restore The Constitution and Declaration to their FULL FORCE AND EFFECT, which has to be unless Amnesty and the NAU is passed because not even The Matrix can print enough money (NOTES) to cover, as reported in The Washington Times, NINTY TRILLION DOLLARS in unfunded liabilities, over the infinite horizon, from the Socialist / Commuinist programs designed by The Matrix to completely control and manipulate us by making us dependent on them, called Social Security and Medicare. If they do not pass Amnesty and the NAU, The Matrix and their puppet the U.S. Government will force us to pay 80 - 90% taxes withheld from our earnings. There are a lot of people who will refuse to pay it! I shall see to it that my children do not through the practical application of the Second Amendment if necessary, as these things are also unconstitutional.

Fire of Freedom:
How do you know that the Founding Fathers were wrong? Every single thing that I read in history and current information / news indicates to me that our Founding Fathers where exactly right in every detail! I do not see how you can imply that they were wrong.
I submit, therefore, that we FULLY ENGAGE the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATESas intended by our Founding Fathers for at least ten years and see how it works before we assume the founders were wrong about taxes. "The power to tax is the power to destroy". I say we do it their way first, before we engage something unconstitutional.
There are very good, very powerful reasons why it states in The Constitution that if there are any taxes they are to be apportioned to all people. In other words exactly the same amount. Not a percentage of earnings. I do not want to see The Constitution messed with until we are positive it doesn't work.
Remember, we didn't have ANY Income Taxes for almost 150 years. During those years our country became a Super Power and became the wealthiest in the world.
In anycase, the first thing we have to do is get rid of The Federal Reserve (The Matrix). A central bank is the first plank of the Communist Manifesto. Without The Federal Reserve our Government will lose a lot of control over us, our lives and our wallets. That is our first priority.
Before we enact a Flat Tax, we must enact our existing Constitution to the letter!
Congressional Constitutional Contempt By Walter E. Williams Wednesday, October 24, 2007
Here's the oath of office administered to members of the House and Senate: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." A similar oath is sworn to by the president and federal judges.
In each new Congress since 1995, Rep. John Shadegg, R-Ariz., has introduced the Enumerated Powers Act (HR 1359). The Act, which has yet to be enacted into law, reads: "Each Act of Congress shall contain a concise and definite statement of the constitutional authority relied upon for the enactment of each portion of that Act. The failure to comply with this section shall give rise to a point of order in either House of Congress. The availability of this point of order does not affect any other available relief."
Simply put, if enacted, the Enumerated Powers Act would require Congress to specify the basis of authority in the U.S. Constitution for the enactment of laws and other congressional actions. HR 1359 has 28 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives.
When Shadegg introduced the Enumerated Powers Act, he explained that the Constitution gives the federal government great, but limited, powers. Its framers granted Congress, as the central mechanism for protecting liberty, specific rather than general powers. The Constitution gives Congress 18 specific enumerated powers, spelled out mostly in Article 1, Section 8. The framers reinforced that enumeration by the 10th Amendment, which reads: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved for the States respectively, or to the people."
Just a few of the numerous statements by our founders demonstrate that their vision and the vision of Shadegg's Enumerated Powers Act are one and the same. James Madison, in explaining the Constitution in Federalist Paper No. 45, said, "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce."
Regarding the "general welfare" clause so often used as a justification for bigger government, Thomas Jefferson said, "Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated." James Madison said, "If Congress can do whatever in their discretion can be done by money, and will promote the general welfare, the government is no longer a limited one possessing enumerated powers, but an indefinite one subject to particular exceptions."
Congressmen, openly refusing to live up to their oath of office, exhibit their deep contempt for our Constitution. The question I've not been able to answer satisfactorily is whether that contempt simply mirrors a similar contempt held by most of the American people. I'm sure that if founders such as James Madison, John Adams or Thomas Jefferson were campaigning for the 2008 presidential elections, expressing their vision of the federal government's role, today's Americans would run them out of town on a rail. Does that hostility reflect constitutional ignorance whereby the average American thinks the Constitution authorizes Congress to do anything upon which they can get a majority vote or anything that's a good idea? Or, are Americans contemptuous of the constitutional limitations placed on the federal government?
I salute the bravery of Rep. Shadegg and the 28 co-sponsors of the Enumerated Powers Act. They have a monumental struggle. Congress is not alone in its constitutional contempt, but is joined by the White House and particularly the constitutionally derelict U.S. Supreme Court.
Not only is it true but many people like myself have stopped paying it. I stopped in 1999. A Mr. Tom Cryer has also stopped, and fought the IRS and won. (www.liefreezone.com) Verniece Kuglin also has fought and won against the corrupt and criminal IRS.
If you look in the Internal Revenue Code book (found in your local law library; NOT ONLINE) you will find the index to the Code. In the index you will find the section "Liability for Tax" with an alphabetical list of ALL the taxes one MIGHT be liable for. "Income Tax" is NOT included in this list!!!
Here are just a few of the taxes you COULD be liable for if you participate in the activity(s) making you liable for the tax. tne verbage is CLEAR as day if "WE" just found time to read it!
26 USC 5005 Persons liable for tax. (a) General. The distiller or importer of distilled spirits shall be liable for the taxes imposed by section 5001(a)(1)
26 USC 5703 Liability for tax and method of payment. (a) Liability for tax. (1) Original liability. The manufacturer or importer of tobacco products and cigarette papers and tubes shall be liable for the taxes imposed by section 5701.
26 USC 4401 Imposition of tax. (c) Persons liable for tax Each person who is engaging in the business of accepting wagers shall be liable for and pay the tax under this subchapter on all wagers placed with him.
Here is what the Congress and others in power have said about the income tax. I threw in some things just to get your mind working!!!
Congressman John E. Ensign-- "I cannot point to a specific place in the law where it says you must pay income taxes."
Congressman Dan Burton— “You are correct in your assertion that the word “liability” or terminology “liability for income taxes” is not contained in any Section of the Internal Revenue Code”
Alexander Hamilton "If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government." Federalist Papers 28
Aaron Russo: "Is there a law that requires people to file a 1040?" Congressman Ron Paul: "Not explicitly, but it's certainly implied." Aaron Russo: "Well implied by force; but is there a law?" Congressman Ron Paul: "I cannot cite a law, no, I cannot….you know if they think it's a law and they have all the guns; you know it's an authoritarian approach." {Taken from the movie "America: Freedom to Fascism"}
Sir Winston Churchill "Most people, sometime in their lives, stumble across the truth. Most jump up, brush themselves off, and hurry on about their business as if nothing had happened."
US District Court Judge James C. Fox 2003 "If you... examined [the 16th Amendment] carefully, you would find that a sufficient number of states never ratified that amendment."
Henry Kissinger "The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer."
Dwight E. Avis Head of ATF IRS House Ways and Means Subcommittee Hearings 1953 "Let me point this out now. Your income tax is 100 percent voluntary and your liquor tax is 100 percent enforced tax. Now the situation is as different as day and night. Consequently, your same rules just will not apply... "
T. Coleman Andrews Commissioner of IRS "Maybe we ought to see that every person who gets a tax return receives a copy of the Communist Manifesto with it so he can see what's happening to him." U.S. News & World Report May 25, 1956
Jack Cole Co. v. MacFarland 337 S.W. 2d. 453, 455-456 (Tenn. 1960) "Since the Right to receive income or earnings is a Right belonging to every person, this right cannot be taxed as a privilege."
Daniel J. Mitchell Economist "Compare this (40% to 75% total local, State and Federal tax rate) to the plight of medieval serfs. They only had to give the lord of the manor a third of their output and they were considered slaves. So what does that make us?"
Henry Bellmon Senator (1969) "In a recent conversation with an official at the Internal Revenue Service, I was amazed when he told me that 'If the taxpayers of this country ever discover that the IRS operates on 90% bluff the entire system will collapse.'"
Irwin Schiff…. “Organized crime in America begins with the Federal Government. The Federal Government has been literally extorting income tax money from the American public, also running the worlds biggest counterfeit ring because all US Coin and Currency is counterfeit. The Constitution requires it to be gold and silver. Social Security is a chain letter, there are no trust funds even though they claim there are trust funds. And of course the IRS runs the worlds biggest fence. All articles seized by the IRS are stolen from the People because they weren’t required to pay income taxes so it’s all stolen. Then they sell it and it’s all stolen so the federal Government runs the worlds biggest fence.”
President Ronald Reagan, May 1983, Williamsburg, VA "Our federal tax system is, in short, utterly impossible, utterly unjust and completely counterproductive [it] reeks with injustice and is fundamentally un-American... it has earned a rebellion and it's time we rebelled.”
