I think this was posted a while back on one of the Romney threads.  I've read it before, but can't remember exactly where??  I too wondered if it was true, but it doesn't necessarily mean he has allegience to Mexico.  I think Tancredo endorsing him ticked off alot of people, or at the least, confused them.

Tancredo is a great man and if he endorsed Mitt Romney he knows why and I am sure he knows about his past too.  Most politicians already know the life and miracles or their fellow partners so I am sure Tom Tancredo already knew where Mitt Romney comes from and you know what? He still endorsed him anyway.

I don't know about you but it really upsets me that now because Mitt Romney won in Michigan his past comes to live.  Why? Why do people do that? To trash his reputation?

Do you know that the article reads waht happened in 1884? and Mitt Romney was not even born at that time.  Why bring this issue now?

All these episodes about his past only shows how patetic people are to rub this issue into the voters faces for us not to vote for Mitt Romney because oh my gosh look what his father did in the 1800s.

Mitt Romney won Michigan.  He is a good man with integrity and probably better than other candidates.  I wanted Fred Thompson to win but he didn't so if Mitt Romney won the Republican Primaries why trash his reputation now?

Focus on the future and not what his father did in the past.

Do you think he is happy to see that now every single american and probably people around the world know what his father did in the past? Enough shame his father brought to his life for us to trash him.

He is a good man so leave him alone!

It was Mitts great- grandparents, I read it somewhere also before, besides  holding everyone of us on here accountable for things are great-grandparents may have done is insane. Also I'm not defending what they did but they were being persucuted over their religion, not just strolling over the border demanding health care and free hand outs, it was a different time, I'm sure this will be something Huckabee will bring up or McCain, maybe even Guliani if they start feeling threatned, Mitt or Thompson at this point seem to be our only hopes.

This thread is a redundant discussion of a prior post and as such should be discussed on the aforementioned thread How Could Tancredo Endorse Romney?     http://www.firesociety.com/forum/thread/20447/How-Could-Tancredo-Endorse-Romney-/;jsessionid=D7B4F071F894F388F7E7926940ADDC2E?page=3

Please use that thread.

thanks
