CA Repubs denying independants vote?

What?? That story on Lou Dobbs tonite where the Republican party is not going to allow Independants to vote in the Calif primary??  Have they LOST THEIR MINDS???  I mean, it has always been an old boys club, but now they want to commit hari-kari??  The Repubs, if they run the RIGHT candidates, ie anti amnesty people, probably will pick up MOST of those independant voters!  Scheeshhhh...lets watch this party kill themselves off and give the entire country to the Dems (where they are courting the Independants!)
