"In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died -- an entire town destroyed," Obama said in a 27-minute speech to 500 people packed into a sweltering art studio for a fundraiser.
Of course this is totally untrue but if Barack want to believe it, it gives him another fable to rail against.

SP, personally I don't have any problem with it but consider that Obama is black, or at least half black, and some of them are very sensitive about the chimp thing, the noose thing, yada yada yada. I won't complain if you post it as long as you know there could be blow-back. I hate all the politically correct garbage and most of us in here do. Freedom of speech and all that, right?

I agree which is too bad because I don't want to show the one that does exactly the same thing with bush. Pretty reverse discrimination. Damned if your white now a days.

I agree. I just don't want you to get attacked for something when I know you didn't mean it in a racial way. I edited my post because I said all of them were sensitive but I know a few that are not.
Just to show you how silly the PC reverse descrimination thing is, one day my cell phone rang in the lunchroom at work and my ringtone played Dixie. Boy did I hear about that! I had to change my ringtone to keep from getting killed. I didn't even think about it offending anybody when I chose it but "Get Whitey" can play all day and nobody makes a peep. Oh well.

Same with lynching. I never even thought black until they mentioned it. I always associate it with the old west and cowboys, horse theives, even hangings by lawmen (even if that is not technically a 'lynching') that's the mentality I grew up with not racial or racist at all. Some people, some groups always want it both ways.
