Levee Breaks - Who Is To Blame?

Little old Fernley Nevada has made the national news. Just like New Orleans a levee breaks and a town is flooded and people evacuated. But who is to blame? I am waiting for it! Some say it is to early but I know it is coming. I am waiting to hear  IT IS GEORGE BUSH'S FAULT.  I want to be the first to put the blame where it belongs. I have heard that a Gopher hole might be to blame so isn't Sen. Harry Reid part of that vermin family. Has has spent so much gov. time and money on failed votes on Iraq, dishonoring our troops (ie- the war is lost), and just being an all-around JACKASS. I personally think that he has lost sight of whats important and has let the infrastructure of his home state to fall apart. So thanks Harry what a guy.
