How are they even able to block the Feds from building this fence?  If the government wants to build a road through someones property they manage to force people to move so they can do that.  How else do we have freeways?  There is no excuse for the Feds to back down.

I don't know.  Maybe it has something to do with 'city property' rather than personal property.  These little towns know they will eventually lose the fight, but they plan to block as long as they can.  The DHS has already said they have the authority to go in and do this, but they 'prefer' voluntary cooperation from the border towns.  Yeah, fat chance.  They thrive on their ILLEGAL population.  Nevermind the millions of tons of garbage the illegals dump and who knows how many terriorists that get through.  PURE STUPIDITY!

Why not build the fence anyway. Just put the ones that don't want it on their property on Mexicos side. They can deal with them all they want to then. They can also depend on Mexico to take care of their security.

They've already had to tear some fencing out because the idiots who built it built it on the Mexico side!  Sheeeeesh.  Even when they try to do the right thing, they do it wrong!

No kidding, it's ridiculous.  I'm thinking that now is the time to really push the homeland security and our reps on this because after the election and the dems are in again, we won't have the leverage we do now.

When I read the article it seems that they are upset because they want to build the fence NORTH of the Mexico border w/USA and so there is American land

Ahumada said the issue was also a matter of historical and patriotic pride.

"You are talking about land that Texans and Americans shed blood for to keep," he said. "And now they are trying to move the border further north than established by treaty."

So is the real issue that "America" will be losing land to Mexico if the fence is built where it is now suppose to be placed?

If so, why are we building there in that specific location?

Yes eminent domain.  We know they can do it.  We also need to use illegal prisoners to load up all the trash they have left in AZ, CA, & TX into trucks and use that NAFTA bullsh*t to return it to Mexico and dump it about 20 mile in.

It sounds like a Perry Ploy to me. They do not intend to build a fence, or even have a border. That is why Our Border Patrol Agents are forbidden to do their jobs. It will mess up the plans for the NAU.

If Perry wanted it done, it would certainly not be nixed. Just like the NAFTA Super Highway.

Bob, I am ready to tell him, The only problem is, he doesn't work for me. He's like most of our Politicians, he works for Big Business, Corporations, & Globalists. Doesn't seem to matter what The American People want.

If you have not seen this video it is worth a look. It is the best and clearest explanation of the mathematical problems involved with illegal immigration.

Between the Secure Fence Act and Emminant Domain Chernoff has all the authority he needs including bypassing court orders (for National Security).  Use helicopters to fly over the complaining Texans and put signs point to these peoples lands so the illegals go thru their property.  Put signs up in Spanish that their land is ok to squat and is a free restroom.  They'll be begging for a fence fast.  Texas has plenty of land give me a break.
