This morning, we heard from reliable sources that amnesty advocates in the Senate are poised to renew their push to pass the DREAM Act. Our sources tell us that the DREAM Act will be offered as an amendment to the Labor, Health and Human Services Appropriations bill (H.R. 3043) on the Senate floor, most likely late TODAY or TOMORROW. We understand things to be moving so quickly that even Senate staffers do not have the text of the amendment!

I have been getting alerts on this all day... Sooner or later thay ARE going to find a way to sneak this through... our only hope is to keep calling and putting the pressure on so that we can stall it until the next election...then is when the American public needs to put partisan politics aside and vote EVERY incumbent out of office that comes up for re election.... in 2006 the Demorats took over congress, they say because of the war in Iraq, I think it was more that the Republicraps ticked off their base over Illegal immigration.. When the Demorats got in office they claimed that "we were given a mandate by the people" when in fact they were given the majority in both houses because the Replublicraps screwed the pooch over the immigration issue... so those that were angry over the Republicraps stand on immigration and amnesty got nothing... The ONLY way to really send a message to these treasonous bastards is to kick each and everyone of them to the curb....That means that everyone has to vote out the incumbents, all of them There are some good ones here and there but the message needs to be sent loud and clear that the American people want theor country and control of our government back from the hands of big government...

Apparently more and more illegals with the help of their ACLU and lobbyist buddies are calling and faxing away to our Congressmen and women-more so than we've been doing all year long. This is a bona fide travesty of justice when all these millions of sneak-ins and line jumpers are represented by our lawyers and coddled by our government for provisions and entitilements to squat here and we get the bill! This comes out of OUR welfare funds-NOT transferable to invaders. The immigration laws were written, among other reasons, to prevent this very abuse from occuring. Twenty years ago we used to worry like hell if we got caught helping any of these people because there really were stiff penalties enforced. This major turn around is happening for bigger ulterior reasons than just apathy or apoplexy-you know what I'm getting at. And this outrage of illegals flooding our Congress with demands and getting what they want is just screaming for justice. BTW be sure to thank your reps if they vote to take out H.R. 3043

I aggree with you Fire of Freedom ,

We must get busy and light a fire under the senators who think they own our country and have the right to give it to foreign invasion and foreign nations .

We should all know what the bulshit bush dictator is doing with these constant and relentless repeated attacks is to exhaust our will to prevail and our will to defend with his countless attacks on our sovereign right to deport invaders of our nation .

Thie is nothing new anymore .

What we need is some , legal legislation to make it unlawful and to define this kind of repeated attack an act of treason when it is in support of invasion by foreign nationals of our borders or to make it bullet proof . when it attacks our sovereign right to deport invaders .

In other words we need to learn to fire our own attacks back at our enemies .

Why should Bush get to fire his attacks repeatedly one after another for years at a time , and never have any resistance and never any punishment of loss for these free shots ?

When he takes his best shot for the destruction of of our country , why is it that Americans never get to shoot back .

This is a dictatorship if we are required to live under these conditions and nobody ever gets punished for attacking us , nobody ever takes any risk for these attacks either .

So we need to also demand a new law to be moved through the congress which requires treason charges when the same invasion support legislation is repeated more than once every five years .

If not we need to have a law to require every such law to also be submitted to the voters after the Congress fails to stop it .

In other words we must also demand to have the final word on all invasion and immigration issues of law or law enfoecement , by the popular vote of the legal U.S. Citizens with proof of citizenship , and this vote should not be subject to the vote of any person having less than ten years of citizenship , to be sure they are assymalated and can be trusted . 

This is because nearly all recent immigrants want to bring their uncles , brothers , sisters , grandmothers , cousons , and friends which will inevitably add more immigrants into the billions . We know this positively from real life examples . and from real life experience .

I don't want to writs long detailed postes like this one , But believe me there are people who will find and use any uncovered person or unspecified loophole to get another invasion immigrant into our country and on welfare .

This is what you could call Mexican nature as opposed to American nature .

I don't Know how we go about getting this into law but I sure as hell know we need it . Bulshit Bush has proven this beyond every possible doubt .

He belongs in prison with the border agents he sent to prison , ( for doing what they were trained for and paid to do ) 

America has never had a president as vicious as Dictator Bulshit Bush .

If we don't get him empeached soon , he will start the next nuklear war and we may not outlive this one .

You make some good points regarding the introduction of new bills but you forgot to specify that when bills are introduced they should be on a stand alone basis and not tacked onto another totally unrelated bill as a rider. This is one of their ploys for passing laws that they don't want us to know about.

I believe this was how they passed their law to allow themselves automatic raises each year. Just heard social security raises for seniors are projected at 2%, with a raise in the cost of medicare of 3.1%. Now I can save up for that loaf of bread I was going to buy! Hooray! Wonder what the percentage of their increases is?

No border protection/security; the NAU agenda with its scheming behind closed doors; the gradual and inevitable loss or giving away of our sovereignty; the LOST treaty which will give the UN the right to levy "fees" against us and dictate to us; and all other unfair-to-Americans trade agreements; the superhighway that will bisect America and will be monitored by Chinese-made sensors, built by Mexican labor and leased to a foreign nation (Spain?) to collect tolls; leasing of other toll roads and bridges and Wall Street to foreign nations; executive orders in lieu of the regular law-making process, such as it is; unsafe food/product imports;  total misrepresentation and disregard for LEGAL constituents; amnesty that they believe will generate such gratitude they will be re-elected; an astronomical debt; ad infinitum. When did we ever see the Congress so prolific? One ill-conceived bill after another.

Corporations that were allowed to outsource on the pretext of improving profit margins by taking all the jobs away from us should have been assessed a healthy fee to be put into a secure fund for those who lost their healthcare benefits. If the laws regarding corporations and import/export taxes were passed to the benefit of America instead of foreign nations they might have opted to stay in their homeland.

So, who is the real enemy?

Anyone, looking to the federal government to solve this issue, especialy by passing more laws, is likely to die of old age in a concentration camp first. (At least with this regime)

It matters very little how many laws they put on the books, the more laws the better for them.  Selective enforcment means they applie it when its convieniant for them, and all the laws in the world are worthless if thay arn't enforced.

 I suggest we clue in local law enforcement and our millitary men and women (lower ranks) to whats up, they will be holding the weapons and directing the non combatants.  I want them to join us, not enforce the riechs selective laws.

While I believe we must do something regarding illegal immigration, I still fully believe the immigration issue is a "red herring" to distract us from their surruptitious, secretive negotiations regarding trade treaties (LOST, NAFTA, CAFTA), eventually  leading us to the North American Union (NAU) and from there possibly to a union of the whole hemisphere.

Of course, this is a conspiracy on a grand scale, but have we been able to trust this administration with the course of our lives so far? Everything we aspired to is being given away to illegals and the rest of the world. We were once the greatest nation on the face of the earth, with moral values and consideration for the American citizens' right to a better life.

We gave our men and women to fight others' battles and protect foreign lands, we gave our finances in times of devastation such as tsunamis, starvation, and all manner of world crises, only to have most of these funds go into the hands of the dictatorships in power. We gave our jobs with the bulk of the profits going into foreign government coffers. Wages are not astronomical in China. CEO's profits are. Prices have not fallen in this country for goods produced elsewhere.

We have financed other countries that dislike us intensely, such as China, Russia, most of the Middle East, and given them the wherewithal to destroy us. And then, our "leaders" have the gall to sell/lease our roads, bridges, Wall Street, et al. 

We have given our sovereignty to world leaders such as the Mexican president. His word seems to be becoming our law. But hey, we have to be politically correct and not hurt anyone's feelings but those of our citizens.

We find the other guy we are helping  is not even a citizen of this country.

It is essential we do not become so involved with immigration problems that we forget the other ways in which our country is being given away. Their view is that the immigration problem will be solved once our borders are no longer there and everyone will be assumed legal. Till then, it is an excellent distraction for their machinations.

It is all about money - Greed and Power. We need a moratorium on paying income taxes to fund these negative-American programs. It would be great if we could stop paying our supposed representatives to destroy us. Unfortunately, we can't do much about all the other taxes that have been levied against us - sales taxes, gasoline taxes, etc. We still must eat and most of us must drive to work to allow us to pay more FICA. It is not the senior citizen who is taking us down the road to insolvency. These funds have been raided too many times for other purposes.

Last year, Congress got a $4400 a year raise (this usually occurs shortly after the announcement of a social security raise); mine on social security was net $360. This year, I can expect the grand sum of approximately $240 while  Congress has passed a bill where they get automatic increases so that we won't ever know when they get their raises.

The "enemy" is still covertly scheming.

So why is it so hard to believe that there IS something happening on a "grand scale"? this country was started by a very few people and it moved over time into the "grand scale" that it is today. I for one am with you on the distraction issue but I think that there are many other issues that are used to distract us other than illegal immigration... like the divisive issues that Americans have been divided on, for not only years but for generations...Like separation of Church and State, Racial issues, Abortion... the big issues that "we the people" just can't seem to rise above... Don't get me wrong I am not saying that these issues are not important but if "we the people" are arguing about these issues and are so absorbed in these issues, then who is watching out for the biggest issue of all... our national sovereignty?... for without that none of those other issues matter for with out national sovereignty who is going to protect your rights to debate those issues?.. will you have a right to debate those issues? ,,, or will a new one world government, a government slipped in behind our backs while we argued those other issues, make those decissions for you... decissions you may not like but decissions you will never again have a say in...

I agree with you, zman. Precisely what I was getting at. Many issues have been ongoing for generations but our main concern at this point should be our sovereignty for without it we are nothing.

Our government is of the opinion that we must "follow" the crowd - much like lemmings being led into the sea. If one country does it, we must do it. It does not matter that what was once called "the grand experiment"; i.e. our democracy, was so successful it was envied by the whole world. They dislike us for being who we are. Now, we will be manning an oar in their boat, so to speak, and those powers that be in Washington will assume we are well liked.

I, for one, do not seek their approbation and could care less if they like me or not. I only seek to live in peace under the law my forefathers set up and fought for. I do not want to be "one of the crowd". I relish the freedom I was born under. We must fight to maintain that sovereignty.

There's your proof that a United States Senator is brazenly pandering to admitted unlawful trespassers for the sake of justifying his little pet project to give away our finite supply of resources in this self-made country to a multitude from a deadbeat country. Surely he's to be seen as one of the NAU visionaries. The Real American Dream is accessible to Americans first, then whoever signs up for the process can have a shot at it. You sneak in--you get kicked out! Period. If the government doesn't want to enforce its own good law, we better make them enforce it. When I think of the illegal's unmitigated audacity to foist demands on our Congress who obliges them while flippin' us the bird, it makes my livid blood boil. All this outrageous consent to the invasion and a cold unacknowleging shoulder for us citizens just to win Mexican's affection for the next election. Well guess what, There's a 100 million of us voters that are gonna bust their little bubbles next year baby. Just watch! And the freakin' nerve of the Latinos on the the threads talking about how they're here to stay and we'll never make them go away really chaps my hide. I just love their hypocritical racist rationale when they claim It's their land for the taking. Anyone who thinks the ReConquista movement and attitude is a myth should just go read their blogs and watch their protest rally videos-truly enraging! Anyway, It's time for Durbin and Reid and their followers to be censured with an order to cease and desist with anymore amnesty or benefit proposals for illegals or face TOTAL RECALL proceedings. Article V is there to instate, but it sure won't be easy. We should insist that if the Pied Piper starts playing that same tune with a different name again, he's charged with legislative improprieties. Right now, I'm faxing the traitors with shaming and demanding dispatch, while thanking the anti-amnesty reps for slugging it out for us in this fight. I'm also urging them to join in Senator McConnell's efforts to impose an Article V Convention that would address many of Congress' Constitutional transgressions...

The next stealth amnesty bill number will probably rollover again soon, so we gotta let 'em know we're out here. I'm going to use Steve Elliot's customized faxfire method in BOLD CAPS to get my message right to their office floors in open tangible form. That makes a bigger psychological impact than email, like calling will (if you can get through). I figure it will contribute to keeping this great site afloat as well...

There are two Resolutions and or bills on the John Birch Society website that Iam sending e-mails out on.One is-Help Block The North American Union by repealing NAFTA,which I believe is a Resolution as there is no bill no.on it.The other is a new bill sponsored by Ron Paul,H.R.3835-The American Freedom Agenda Act of 2007.This bill would repeal The Military Commissions Act of 2006.I believe it is worth a try,so I will keep on sending e-mails.
