Arnold Schwarzenegger did sign the bills this past Friday.  I've been praying a lot this week-end and wondering what Californians are going to do. There is a lot of comments being written about this law on World Net Daily that published the ruling Saturday.  Take a peek.

What you have to remember is that Arnold's "bread n butter" sprang forth from Hollywood. He's where he is because of that connection. Hollywood is controlled by freaks, homosexuals, lesbians, and transvestite types. Try to get anywhere in that scene without bowing down to them and just see how far you go? Need I say any more? For crying out loud he got pregnant as a man in one of his movies. Too bad he didn't stay with the Terminator image. Even so, he's still a very likeable guy and has a tremendous following, both macho and effeminate. California will have to decide once again if they want this kind of leadership, but if you look at what they present and already do have, it seems to me things aren't going to change very much.

I'm not defending this stuff, just pointing out that Arnold is being true to his Hollywood connection. I hope parents will take their children and place them where they won't be exposed to the stuff. Many years ago when I worked for a video chain they had pornographic movies for rent. Of course one had to be an adult to rent them. One time this 16 year old girl tried to rent a few and I denied her. Guess what? The next day her mom came into the store and lambasted me. She said her daughter was old enough to make her own decisions and if I didn't want to rent them to her they'd take their business elsewhere. I just said I'm bound by the law and I cannot do so, and if a competitor wants to rent them to her they are exposing themselves to being closed down. She then said well suppose I rent them for her. I said mame you're an adult I cannot control what you do outside this store, I just cannot rent them to your daughter . A week later she came back into the store and explained to me her reasoning for her daughter to be able to view them. She thought that by doing so her daughter wouldn't want to get involved in such activity. It wasn't my position to tell her that I thought she was wrong. I just said if I had a daughter her age I'd make them taboo, and if she wanted to know anything I'd hope she would talk it out with me. We definitely live in a different world than when I was growing up. Phew!

It just seems to get worse and worse!  When they're not coming at us with what they can, will and will give to the illegals, they are giving to the gay community, what next?  I don't suppose there's anything that can be done on this issue at this point? 

I so agree with Gerald47, things have truly changed in this world.  As a mom, I couldn't even imagine letting my daughter watch porn in fact I never allowed them to watch movies that were R because of the porn in them.  Crazy!

There is a reverse psychology at play here, but is it safe?  The French allow there children to consume wine at the dinner table, the Germans beer, and I'm sure there are permissive things in many cultures that we'd deem bad.  Ultimately it is between parent and child.  When it came to obeying the law that is where my parents drew the line.  Since alcohol could not be consumed by minors, they said NO! Etc. etc., etc..  That may not be enough for some parents, which is okay too, it's their decision.  Seems to me though that many of our laws are being ignored by the icons of the teens these days. The consequences for their actions are not in line with what should be doled out.  This sends a false message to many teens, mainly because the parents may not have unlimited funds as do let say Brittany or Lindsay.  My daughter aspires to be a star.  I do not want to dash her dreams, but I always remind her that no matter where she winds up, and I hope she will be a star, that she give God all the credit and thank Him, and even when things aren't going as she had hoped.  Always give thanks to God, which also is very rare among the idols of our youth.  

Well, put.  I have one that is a high school dance team member and aspires to become a broadway show dancer, so know what you are saying.  I also agree that no matter what thanksgiving should always be given to God.

I also posted an article where the boyscouts are being sued again and forced to pay $200,00. a year for the use of their building in one city because they voilate the rights of gays. Isnt it something to watch our government  give away all of our constitution protected rights and make special ones up to give base ball bats to certain minoraty groups to beat the hell out of the rest of us, and force us to except their perversions?

Yes, and he ran for re-election on his conservative values.  He vetoed the SAME bills before election!  What I don't get is where are all the californians who don't agree?  Why aren't they doing a class-action suit against the state or starting recall against the terminator?  I guess he can literally claim that title now.  He's terminating every moral conservative's personal values that have kids in school with this!  If I were  Californian again (thank God I moved when my oldest was in 1st grade), I guess I'd be arrested, because I would NOT accept these laws when it comes to the teachings my child is exposed to.

Off hand I can not remember the name of the group that is pressing the class action suit against the implimentation of this law. There will be a fight. But here in Californicate the number of groups with perverse social goals and TONS of MONEY is overwhelming those of us trying to hold the line of morals and Christian values. And everyday more of us are giving up and leaving the New Socialist state of Kalifornia for other parts.  An issue I do not see being addressed is : WHY have the Mexican voters (good Catholics?)  in this state not joined with the conservative moral groups to fight the destruction of family values, moral precepts and religion in this state ? WHY ?

I dont think the main stream media of political correctness will alow us to hear alot of whats going on.

Better to rip them out of the case if they are video or break them in half if they are on cd and then send them to the govenators office with a note on why you will never watch/own another of his movies again.
