Just when I think there is NOTHING else that can shock me about our leader - he proves me wrong:

Study: Illegal alien population may be as high as 38 million
http://...com/33sqfm />
by Jim Brown

October 5, 2007

A new report finds the Homeland Security Department "grossly underestimates" the number of illegal aliens living in the U.S.

Homeland Security's Office of Immigration Studies released a report August 31 that estimates the number of illegal aliens residing in the U.S. is between 8 and 12 million. But the group Californians for Population Stabilization
www.cap-s.org/main.html , or CAPS, has unveiled a report estimating the illegal population is actually between 20 and 38 million.

Four experts, all of whom contributed to the study prepared by CAPS, discussed their findings at a news conference at the National Press Club in Washington Wednesday. James Walsh, a former associate general counsel of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, said he is "appalled" that the Bush administration, lawyers on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and every Democratic presidential candidate, with the exception of Joe Biden, have no problem with sanctuary cities for illegal aliens.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the sanctuary cities and the people that support them are violating the laws of the United States of America. They're violating 8 USC Part VIII http://...com/33vwq2 , section 1324 and 1325, which is a felony -- [it's] a felony to aid, support, transport, shield, harbor illegal aliens," Walsh stated.

Walsh said his analysis indicating there are 38 million illegal aliens in the U.S. was calculated using the conservative estimate of three illegal immigrants entering the U.S. for each one apprehended. According to Walsh, "In the United States, immigration is in a state of anarchy -- not chaos, but anarchy."

It appears to be time to post this once again

The Muslim Religion is the fastest growing religion per
capita in the United States, especially in the minority races!

Allah or Jesus?
by Rick Mathes

Last month I attended my annual training session that's
required for maintaining my state prison security
clearance.
During the training session there was a presentation by
three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant
and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam
had to say.

The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam,
complete with a video. After the presentations, time was
provided for questions and answers.

when it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam
and asked: "Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I
understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have
declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of
the world. And, that by killing an infidel, which is a command
to all Muslims, they are assured of a place in heaven. If
that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?"

There was no disagreement with my statements and without
hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers!"

I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight.
All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone
who is not of your faith so they can go to Heaven. Is that correct?"
The expression on his face changed from one of authority
and command to that of a little boy who had just gotten
caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

He sheepishly replied, "Yes."
I then stated, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying
to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill
those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering Protestants to
do the same in order to go to Heaven!"

The Imam was speechless.

I continued, "I also have a problem with being your
friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your
followers to kill me. Let me ask you a question. Would you
rather have your Allah who tells you to kill me in order to
go to Heaven or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I
am going to Heaven and He wants you to be with me?"

You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his
head in shame.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the
"Diversification" training seminar were not happy with
Rick's way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing
the truth about the Muslim's beliefs.

I think everyone in the US should be required to read
this, but with the liberal justice system, liberal media,
and the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely
publicized.

Please pass this on to all your e-mail contacts. This is
a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known
leader in prison ministry

Bush is just a choir boy.  The media and the leftists have beat him up so bad, he is retreating back into the safety of figure head status.

Let's take a few of these issues;  Why would Mexico want to protect a rapist ? What can be gained by that ? Just an attempt to influence American justice for its own sake.

Why would anybody defend Islam when we all have our eyes and ears open.  I suppose Bush is attempting to get his Iraqi partners to trust him.

The hole Bush digs gets deeper and wider.  I can only pray the entire Republican party does not slide into that pit.  The democrats are the worst thing since bubonic plague so let's not go there.  Yesterday, after listening to Larry Kudlow on the radio, I was thinking how tragic it would be to get a democrat who would raise taxes almost immediately, and preside over a plunging stock market and an economy falling from the sky at 32 feet per second squared.  Politics can't kill, but choosing the wrong leader can kill our country.

When are our Great Leaders, who say "we don't deal with terrorists" realize that both the Mexican government and the Islamic religion are terrorists?  They both want to see our demise both as a country and a people!

What do you expect a multi-pandering, head Skull & Bonesman, Bohemian Grove attending, Moleck owl worshiping, fake Christian NWO puppet to say? And his beloved U.N. that he beholds more than he will ever recognize or respect Congress, knows no God above itself. He has even attended Synagogue for awhile to appease many Zionist elites. Remember Bush's meeting with the Pope right after the 2000 election to promise to consider favorably the will of the Vatican? What about this ridiculous House Resolution giving national recognition to Islam (whatever that means)? Is he supposed to be behind that too? Does anyone see a slight conflict of interests with the "war on terrrorism?" Or is there some sort of grand appeasement going on here? We all better take the straight and narrow road up from Abraham to Jesus...don't stop short and don't get off on that frustrated Ishmael's highway!

Well,he was a self-proclaimed Christian,so what is he now, besides sickening? He is such an arrogant person, who really thinks he should be a king George.Islam may be a religon of peace to a few,but I think the majority of them believe the same way. They are covertly trying to take over this country the same way that illegal immigrants are,and this arrogant President and Congress do not really care. How did we let this corruption get so bad? I saw something on T.V. the other day that said to be elected President, that they have to be likeable before people will vote for them! To me this says that the issues dont matter to voters? If thats the case, then this is probably one of the biggest reasons why we have the trash in office that we do.I believe that Bush will say anything he has to in order to facilitate his plans, including appeasing Islam,or any other religion!

That is exactly what I thought....here our government is putting out all this propaganda about how bad Islam is..."Islamic terrorists"...."they want to kill us"... "We need to fight them there, so they won't come here."  If they want to kill us - why is Bush saying Islam is such a great religion?  We have Americans all over saying we need to kill em all... much of their beliefs come from what they've heard in the media.  Yes, the hijackers were mostly Saudis... but as we know just b/c a handful of Saudis killed Americans does not mean all Saudis and followers of Islam kill.

'That's what I believe. I believe Islam is a great religion that preaches peace'  - Bush

He really needs to make up his mind.

Contact Congress if you have time today.  Bush is allowing the World Court - UN - to override state judiciary decisions.  Are we already living in the NEW WORLD ORDER?

Please pray for these familes who have already endured a lifetime of pain and suffering.

Murder case pits Texas against Bush
As U.S. justices consider local killer's consular issue, control of courts is at stake

WASHINGTON — When Jose Medellin was arrested in 1993, he signed a confession detailing how he and five fellow gang members had raped and sodomized two Houston teenagers before strangling them with their shoe laces. He bragged that he had pocketed one girl's Mickey Mouse watch as a souvenir.

Medellin and four others eventually were convicted of capital murder and sent to Texas' death row. A juvenile court sentenced Medellin's younger brother, who was 14 at the time, to 40 years in prison.

This week, Medellin's case makes its second trip to the Supreme Court. The issue now is not his confession to the murders of Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Peña, but something else he said during his arrest: He informed the police that he is a Mexican citizen. But officers didn't inform him of his right to contact the Mexican Consulate for legal assistance.

That mistake, a violation of a 1963 treaty known as the Vienna Convention, has since sparked an international court battle, bruised relations between the United States and its southern neighbor and ultimately will force the high court to answer a rather large constitutional question:

What authority, if any, does President Bush have to order courts in the state of Texas to do anything about it?

"We find ourselves in an unusual position. Texas is not regularly litigating against the United States," said Texas Solicitor General Ted Cruz. "But sadly enough, the United States will appear alongside Medellin at the argument."

Medellin v. Texas, which will be argued on Wednesday and decided by next summer, could determine the fate of Medellin and 50 other Mexican killers on death rows in the United States, including more than a dozen in Texas. They were not informed of their right under the treaty to contact their countrymen when they were arrested.

The case also could affect the treatment of an estimated 6,000 U.S. citizens accused of crimes each year while traveling or living abroad. They, too, are protected by the treaty.

More significantly to most Americans, though, the justices are expected to produce a major ruling clarifying what powers reside with the president, Congress and courts, what powers belong to the federal government versus the states, and what the relationship is between international and domestic law.

A presidential order

The Bush administration became involved in the Medellin case in 2003 when Mexico sued the U.S. over the consular issue in the International Court of Justice at The Hague. The so-called "World Court" is the United Nations' top court for resolving international disputes.

The court ruled in Mexico's favor in late 2004 and ordered the United States to reconsider the Mexican inmates' murder convictions and death sentences. In February 2005, Bush announced that while he disagreed with the World Court's decision, the U.S. would comply, and he declared how: He would order courts in Texas and elsewhere to review the cases.

A few days later, however, the president withdrew the United States from the part of the Vienna Convention that gives the World Court final say in international disputes.

The Supreme Court, which had agreed to hear Medellin's case, dismissed it later in 2005 to allow the case to play out in Texas. Last November, the all-Republican Texas Court of Criminal Appeals balked at the Republican president's order, saying Bush had overstepped his authority.

The Texas court said the judicial branch, not the White House, should decide how to resolve the Mexican cases. It also said Medellin wasn't entitled to a new hearing because he failed to complain at his original trial about any violation of his consular rights and had therefore waived them.

Medellin appealed again to the U.S. Supreme Court, which announced last May that it would hear his case. His lawyer, Donald Donovan of New York, will argue this week that Bush was correct when he took action to comply with the World Court's decision.

In addition, Donovan said that, independent of Bush's order, the Texas court has its own obligation under the U.S. Constitution to do its part to abide by international treaties.

The Bush administration, now siding with Medellin and Mexico, will try to help Donovan's team convince the justices that the Texas court is undermining the president's efforts to conduct foreign policy.

Setting a precedent?

Cruz, who will argue the case for Texas, called Bush's unprecedented attempt to issue orders to the judicial branch — and the state courts in particular — "breathtaking."

"It is emphatically not the province of the president to say what the law is," he said. "If this president's assertion of authority is upheld in this case, it opens the door for enormous mischief from presidents of either party. What might these presidents be inclined to do if they had the power to flick state laws off the books?"

Meanwhile, Randy and Sandra Ertman, the parents of one of Medellin's victims, also have weighed in. In a court brief filed on their behalf by the California-based Criminal Justice Legal Foundation, the Ertmans argue that their 14-year-old daughter's rights, and the rights of other victims, will be given short shrift if the justices further delay the "already long-overdue execution of this well-deserved sentence."

"This case has produced much lofty discussion about international law and the separation of powers. We must not forget, though, that this case is about a real crime against real people," they wrote. "Enough is enough."

Islam is not a religion it's a Theocracy

Theocracy is a form of government. Theocracies are either oligarchies or autocracies by the ruling priests. For believers, theocracy is a form of government in which divine power governs an earthly human state, either in a personal incarnation or, more often, via religious institutional representatives (i.e.: a church), replacing or dominating civil government. [1] Theocratic governments enact theonomic laws.

Which is incompatible with our way of life/government/religion.

Waking up to these facts NOW is pertinant to us maintaining a country and staying alive.

40,000 terrorists tried to enter US

October 1st, 2007 at 7:11 • newsTerrorist Screening CenterWashington TimesTerrorist infiltration in U.S.0 Comments

BRIGITTE GABRIEL HAS BEEN TELLING THE MEDIA AND MEMBERS OF ACT THAT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF TERRORISTS HAVE TRIED TO INFILITRATE THIS COUNTRY. NOW COMES THIS WASHINGTON TIMES STORY INDICATING THAT THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE TERROR DATABSE HAS HAD OVER 40,000 ‘HITS’. IF EVEN 1 PERCENT OF THOSE GET THROUGH THEN WE HAVE SLEEPER CELLS IN OUR MIDST WHO COULD FOMENT ‘MULTIPLE’ 9/11s-A VERY DAUNTING PROSPECT. READ THE WEASHINGTON TIMES ARTICLE AND THEN ASK YOURSELF WHAT THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, FBI, DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY ARE DOING ABOUT DENYING ENTRY TO THE U.S. AND GOING AFTER THE SLEEPER CELLS IN OUR MIDST.

JihadWatch, Octgober 1, 2007

Nice catch. Now if we can do something to combat the ideology that makes it possible for people with no terror history or association with any terror group to commit acts of violence, we’ll be dealing with the problem in a fuller way. “Terror database gets plenty of hits,” by Sara A. Carter in the Washington Times:

The Terrorist Screening Center has detected more than 40,000 people trying to gain entry into the U.S. who either associated with terrorist groups or were known terrorists themselves, and the database is only going to get better, says the agency’s chief.
“The country is undoubtedly much safer today as a result of the work at the Terrorist Screening Center,” said Director Leonard C. Boyle, who added that his agency is working to fix problems with the database identified by the Department of Justice’s Inspector General.

This stunt Jorge Bush has pulled with backing this illegal-alien-murderer- rapist-gang-banger is the nail in the coffin.  I have absolutely lost all faith in our government and leaders - just when I thought it couldn't get worse - he pulls this.   I am convinced we are living in the North American Union - they just haven't told "us" yet.  Bush's actions the last few years - the ongoing secret meetings with police in riot gear for the SPP... the writing is on the wall folks!

All you have to do is look at the big picture:

  • President Calderon's influence on our government ("Where there is a mexican - there is Mexico" - the US better tighten security at their border when my illegal residents cross over and bring guns back to Mexico and kill our cops"
  • the border agents in jail
  • the devaluing of the dollar
  • American companies moving to Mexico
  • NAFTA, TTC
  • the open borders
  • the re-opening of convicted illegal murderers with the "WORLD COURT" and UN???

Are we just all plain stupid??  Do we not see the writing on the wall?

PRAY for these familes - They need to know we are behind them....

We do see the hand writing on the wall but what can we do?  Vote the idiots out of office?  That takes time and we don't have time.  This country is in crisis right this minute.  Every single day a new issue comes up that is detrimental to the American citizens.  If it's not the Dream Act it's AgJobs Bill.  If it's not Bush siding with a Mexican rapist it's LOST Sea Treaty.  We are being assualted every day by our own government.  I frankly am getting tired of all this crap.  Right is right and wrong is wrong.  Illegal is illegal but very few of our elected officials give a damn.  I'm afraid it is going to take an all out revolution to turn this country around.

 Kicking Dirt

It's never too late to do the right thing.

Impeachment is NOT a Constitutional crises, but it is the remedy for one.

I would say this is very muchly a Constitutional Crises. We have a President who totally ignores the Constitution and the Will of the People.
