 This is a brief and to-the-point email which explains how WE THE PEOPLE are getting ripped off and our Congress reaps the rewards.

I HEREWITH FIRMLY STATE THAT I WILL NOT VOTE FOR ANY POLITICIAN, REGARDLESS OF THE OTHER ISSUES, IF HE DOES NOT SPONSOR AND SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING LEGISLATION. THAT INCLUDES EVERYONE STANDING FOR ELECTION IN 2008.
LET US SHOW OUR LEADERS IN WASHINGTON "PEOPLE POWER" AND THE POWER OF THE INTERNET.  LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE WITH ME ON THIS BY FORWARDING TO EVERYONE IN YOUR ADDRESS BOOK.

2008 Election Issue!!
GET A BILL STARTED TO PLACE ALL POLITICIANS ON SOC. SEC.
\This must be an issue in "2008" Please! Keep it going.
SOCIAL SECURITY:
(This is worth reading. It is short and to the point.)
Perhaps we are asking the wrong questions during election years
Our Senators and Congresswomen do not pay into Social Security and, of course, they do not collect from it.
You see, Social Security benefits were not suitable for persons of their rare elevation in society. They felt they should have a special plan for themselves. So, many years ago they voted in their own benefit plan.
In more recent years, no congressperson has felt the need to change it. After all, it is a great plan.
For all practical purposes their plan works like this:
When they retire, they continue to draw the same pay until they die.
Except it may increase from time to time for cost of living adjustments..
For example, Senator Byrd and Congressman White and their wives may expect to draw $7,800,000.00 (that's Seven Million, Eight-Hundred Thousand Dollars), with their wives drawing $275, 000.00 during the last years of their lives.
This is calculated on an average life span for each of those two Dignitaries.
Younger Dignitaries who retire at an early age, will receive much more during the rest of their lives.
Their cost for this excellent plan is $0.00. NADA..! ZILCH...
This little perk they voted for themselves is free to them. You and I pick up the tab for this plan. The funds for this fine retirement plan come directly from the General Funds;
" OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK "!
>From our own Social Security Plan, which you and I pay (or have paid) into, every payday until we retire (which amount is matched by our employer). We can expect to get an average of $1,000 per month after retirement.
Or, in other words, we would have to collect our average of $1,000 monthly benefits for 68 years and one (1) month to equal Senator!
Bill Bradley's benefits!
Social Security could be very good if only one small change were made.
That change would be to:
Jerk the Golden Fleece Retirement Plan from under the Senators and Congressmen. Put them into the Social Security plan with the rest of us
Then sit back.....
And see how fast they would fix it.
If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe good changes will evolve.
How many people CAN you send this to?
Better yet......
How many people WILL you send this to ?

This may be hard to fully understand unless you read and study my post on this site called "We Live in The Matrix" 

In short; The Matrix is The Federal Reserve (a private corporation) in combination with their puppet the Federal Government of which they have complete control over.  You see not a single nickel of our Income Taxes ever goes to the U.S. Government.  It all goes directly to The Matrix (The Federal Reserve) which is the biggest Corporation in the entire world, which is wholly owned by just a few dominate men.

The Matrix is going to start to collapse in LESS THAN fifteen years (perhaps three with the way the way it is oscillating right now with the financial markets).  It is going to do so because of all the power and money it takes to control not only our entire Government but also the daily lives of every man, woman and child in America and a few other places around the world. 

You see our Government begs The Matrix for every single penny they spend on everything, including our Congressmen’s retirement packages.  The Federal Reserve also borrows money out to pay for Social Security and Medicare.  The only way for them to cover the cost of the 90 TRILLION Dollar unfunded liabilities over the infinite horizon is to “suggest” to our Government that they either incrementally increase withholding taxes up to 80 – 90% on every single one of our weekly paychecks or pass Amnesty for Illegals and the North American Union so that they can place hundreds of millions of more souls submerged into the clear financial slime of the vats of The Matrix where they feed us with just enough sustenance to survive while they siphon out all the rest of our money and power through the same power cord they have plugged into our cerebral cortexes at the back of our heads, where they replace rational thought with whatever B.S. they want us to believe.

In any case, The Matrix is going to fight those of us who want Freedom and not to pay 80 – 90% right out of our paychecks before we even receive them.  There is going to be a combination Civil War (against those so inured with the system that they will fight to protect it) and Revolutionary War to place Government back into the very limited role for which We The People gave it to serve us as per our founding documents The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of The United States of America which bounds the hands of Government by Law.  A law which Government has cuffed at since the inception of the UNCONSTITUTIONAL passage of The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 by a handful of very corrupt Congressmen who stayed in Washington D.C. while the rest of the good ones left for Christmas break, as it was passed on Christmas Eve or perhaps the day before.

So what does that have to do with our elected Representatives who finagled their own retirement packages rather than be caught up in the Social Security debacle with us?  What is going to happen after we win the war, to the Matrix, when it is completely collapsed and Government can’t get its money from them anymore?  Buckle your seat belt, Dorothy, because Kansas is going bye, bye!

No matter what Speakengl, I am with you all the way and am copying this and sending it on to all my friends and email people. I am going to blow this up for tomorrow nights Utube Republican debate in Florida here and am taking it with me. I need to do this. Thanks. You are a wise lady. I love your posts even if I don't agree with them. Most I do though....:)

Fellow Countrymen,  

Hear ye, Hear ye!   

 

We The People have made it to the playoffs (see report below my writing)!  The coin toss is only 30 days away!  The U.S. Government gets to choose heads or tails (The Socialist / Communist jack-arses should pick tails).  Will the U.S. Government choose to either file a response brief, arguing why the Court need not hear the case, or inform the Court that the Government is waiving its right to file a response.

  

This is it guys.  I hope I have been able to relate to you how HUMONGOUS this is.  You need to read our We The People Congress Petition for a Redress of Grievances, signed by over 2000 very brave fellow countrymen that we filed with very Senator, Congressman, President, every member of the President’s cabinet, The I.R.S., Every justice on the Supreme Court and many others, SEVERAL TIMES, starting over three years ago, documented and presented in a highly professional and forthright manner.

  

As I have been trying to explain to as many people as I can, The U.S. Government has far usurped the powers and privilege that we have given them in The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of The United States of America and have, there by, been conducting all manner of illegal activities.   We have listed questions in our petition to The U.S. Government and demand answers.  If you would take the time to read the questions and do the research that I have spent months on, or at least read well and fully understand the information that I have been submitting to you, you would see and understand why if the Government answers these questions it will result in the collapse of The Matrix and the massive minimization of The U.S. Government.  If this really goes through and the Supreme Court really enforces the black and white meaning and intent of The Constitution and The Declaration, I guarantee you things are going to change in a very shocking way!  The whole Matrix is going to collapse, which does not mean, necessarily, that the Government will completely collapse.  It just means that we will again be free. 

  AGAIN ONE MORE TIME:

What does freedom mean?   It means freedom FROM Government!  According to The Constitution there are only a handful of things that the Government is supposed to be doing.  Running our lives and our wallets is not one of them.  Stealing away and spending our money is not one of them either.  I would recommend that you understand all these things because when The Matrix comes down, and we all start living in truth and reality, instead of in a prison for our minds, our whole world is going to change.  Over time it will be far and away for the better.  For the first five to ten years it will be a roller coaster of good and bad.  You and your family better be ready.

  

Oh, yeah, one more thing.  Win or lose, in court, do you think The Matrix is going to go down quietly?  If so I have a bridge to sell you.  Obviously they are going to try to “enforce” us to comport to their dictates.  But the U.S. Government, The Matrix, and their relationship (where the few men who literally own The Federal Reserve corporation - a private company - completely controls every move of the U.S. Government and, in fact, the lives of every American man, woman and child on a daily basis) will then, at least, be exposed and then all of us will have to make a decision that is best described by Samuel Adams:

  

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands (of The Matrix) which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”

   

In the vain of this honorable member of the Sons of Liberty and founding father I submit and here by propose that we who believe in freedom must start to assemble over both the Internet and in person, so that we might support and encourage each other and to keep abreast of current events, particularly as they relate to The Matrix (The Federal Reserve who controls our Federal Government by way of complete financial dependence there on and who steals our money, through Income Taxes and other taxes for their own corporate causes, power, desires and wealth).   We need a symbol, a flag, so that we who desire freedom and are sickened by those who would choose the tranquility of servitude, know who our friends are and from whom we can seek refuge.  I, therefore, submit that that flag should be America’s FIRST FLAG, THE TRUE FLAG OF FREEDOM; The Gadsden flag:

  

      

 

When you see this flag flown at a residence, you know you are among friends, people who will support us and give us physical and mental refuge from the ravages of oppression, tyranny, socialism / communism of The U.S Government, their masters The Federal Reserve corporation (The Matrix with their IRS Agents) and those among us who would who are so inured with the system, that they will literally and violently fight against us as they rather have the tranquility of servitude rather than the animating contest of freedom.  I met people like this at a local tavern a few months ago, not far from my home.  They, about 5 young people (ages 20 – 24) – 3 men, 2 women, wanted to literally get violent with me until the Bartender told us to finish our drinks and get out and stood between us.  What did I say; I said that the Government is taxing us too much and that Income Taxes are illegal according to The Constitution.  I said that Social Security and Medicare are going to become so expensive that the Government is going to have to take 80 – 90% in withholding taxes and I told them that neither my children nor I will ever submit to that.

  

 This is why all of us, who believe in the cause of freedom must fly this flag!  In this manner we will know, at a distance, who goes there; friend or foe.  When you see this flag flown over a person's residence, stop by and introduce yourself, visit and discuss freedom and liberty among those who believe in the cause.  Believe me, there will be many who will fight against freedom (from Government). They are the people who want things for a cost they think is free.   But in reality they are selling their very soul to the devil, sometimes, I believe, in reality. 

  Therefore, Gather together people of Liberty and become strong.  Our country and far more importantly, our freedom, rests with us, as it always has, We The People.

U.S. Supreme Court Dockets
Landmark Right to Petition Case


Two days ago, the U.S. Supreme Court docketed two Petitions for Writ of Certiorari arising from the same decision by the United States Court of Appeals in the case titled, We The People v. United States. The Supreme Court will consider the two Petitions together.  One Petition for Writ of Certiorari, submitted by WTP Chairman Robert Schulz, was assigned Docket Number 07-681. The second Petition for Writ of Certiorari, filed by attorney Mark Lane, who is representing the remaining Plaintiffs, was assigned Docket Number 07-680. By the end of the year we will know whether the nation's Highest Court will take upon itself the burden of considering -- for the first time in the Republic's history -- the constitutional meaning of the last ten words of the First Amendment, i.e., the People's Right to Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances. The burden is breathtaking in the scope of its implications. Our case rests on a virtually irrefutable historical record establishing the true political purpose behind the Constitution’s Petition Clause, or what we have come to call the “Accountability Clause.” The record is so unambiguous that it leaves no room for its interpretation: If the People have evidence the Government is violating the Constitution the People may Petition for Redress of the Grievance, and if the Government does not respond to the Petition, the People may retain their money until their Grievances are Redressed.  On the other hand, there is absolutely nothing in American history or jurisprudence that contradicts the historical record or our assertions regarding the power of this long-forgotten Right.Obviously, there is a great deal at stake for both sides in this controversy -- the People and the Government. Three and one-half years ago, nearly two thousand Americans sued the government of the United States for failing to respond to repeated Petitions for Redress of Grievances that  cited numerous constitutional torts against the People.  These Petitions have required answers to specific questions regarding violations of the Constitution's War Powers clauses, Money clauses, Privacy clauses and the Government's enforcement of direct, un-apportioned taxes upon on the labor of ordinary American citizens in violation of the Constitution's Tax clauses.After this week's docketing of the appeal, the Government now has thirty days to either file a response brief, arguing why the Court need not hear the case, or inform the Court that the Government is waiving its right to file a response. Following either of these two events, the appeal will be distributed to the nine Justices and scheduled for one of the Court’s weekly conferences, which could happen by the end of the year or in January of 2008.

At that conference, the nine Justices will discuss this case and controversy and vote on whether to hear the appeal.  Should the Court decide to take the case, it will issue a briefing schedule and will hear oral arguments.

Over this period we have methodically erected a solid foundation that will endure time -- an irrefutable documentary record of repeated, respectful acts of Petitioning the Executive and Legislative Branches for Redress of the most serious of constitutional torts.Our efforts will one day enable those that may come to pass judgment upon our nation’s future to know that the People peacefully, and with great love of the Republic and the Rule of Law, sought justice, protection and the sanction of the Highest Court in claiming and exercising the unalienable and constitutionally guaranteed Right of the People to peaceably hold the Government accountable to the Constitution, all for the purpose of securing for further enjoyment the Light of Liberty. Freedom is so fragile, so easy to slip away. Unfortunately, it remains in the natural order of things for governments, and the men that run them, to seek encroachments upon the Liberty of the People. It is for this reason our Constitution was created.

In America, all that stands between the People and total tyranny and despotism is the Constitution. However, the Constitution can not defend itself. That’s our job. It remains the burden of each generation to honor and defend it, and in doing so, pass on to their heirs and assigns the meaning and significance of the essential values and principles embodied by our founding documents. All it takes is the negligence or neglect of one generation to break the “chain of custody” and Freedom is lost forever.  We again urge those who can to please help fund the work of the Foundation.  Our ongoing mission is of immeasurable importance to you and we cannot move our work forward without your continuing financial assistance.  We hope that over the years we have proven ourselves, and the value of our efforts to you.  We encourage everyone to consider making a tax-deductible donation.

Yeah!  Put the politicians on Social Security.  And give the rest of us our money back.

We don't need new "comprehensive" immigration laws. We need widespread, well funded enforcement of existing immigration law, i. e.
