Can someone tell me the reasoning behind NOT showing their faces? Don't we want to see what these raping and nearly murdering skanks look like? What is the D.A. afraid of? What are thue po-lice afraid of?

I will make a guess, friends will raise money for bail (or the government will give them a low interest bail bond loan), lets see, $250,000... they will need $25,000 for their part, then will beat feet to Mexico, where they will vanish.

They should castrate the two of them then stab each of them 75 + times.  If they live they should put them in prison for the rest of their lives!  An eye for an eye!  (Pigs!)   What were they doing on the street if they had an INS hold on them?

There should be no bail! If they are not flight risks, then just who is? How can you expect someone not to flee when they are not present legally, have no steady employment, and face so many years in prison, and are so close to freedom.

Offering any bail in this and similar cases is a travesty, especially in a border county like San Diego. If this is the best our legal beagles can do, it is time for a change. Is there no common sense whatsoever in our legal system? I wonder. No bail for the unidentified or unidentifiable nor for illegal aliens.

There is no common reasoning in our legal system. $25,000 is no money -- have you seen the pictures of the drug money confiscate lately?  If I find the website I will post it on this post. America has become a haven for criminals.

All you have to do is type:  pics of drug money -- in your search engine and you will pull up all types of pictures of the drug monies.  According to the Los Angeles TV news last week -- a large percentage of our government officials are accepting laundred money, including the mayor. Rape is a sport -- a past time with men from across the border with babies as young as 4 months old.  And this is what our senators and state reps want in this country?

This is why Americans need to stand up and just start killing these bastards. To hell with the bloody incompetant government.  

Why isn't there some bright lawyer out there who can file a case on behalf of American taxpayers against mexico and these other corrupt backwater countries for all the education, health care and law enforcement cost their peons are costing us?

Same goes for local taxpayers suing companies who employ illegal aliens who overcrowd the schools, health care facilities and jails.  Why should property taxes increase to accommodate this invasion? 

We need a Pro-American legal organization like the Liberty Council, Alliance Defense Fund etc. to start filing multi defendent suits every time someone is hurt by an illegal alien.  Sue the city, county, state, Federal Government, Mexico or whatever country the illegal alien is from, the employer of the illegal alien, whoever housed or rented to the illegal alien etc.   Just sling it at them non-stop until they are overwhelmed and we find some sympathetic courts and juries who will empty some deep anti-Ameirican globalists pockets and make pedro pay.   

Time to use the courts to spin this thing 180.....

I am one who totally agrees -- I am one of those injured because of a non-English speaking person 16 years ago.  And the facts/truths I can tell about people from other countries cheating the government, and that includes doctors, lawyers, claims adjustors, etc. Plus, I still have the papers swearing that they were telling the truth as sworn on the Hippocratic oath.  I am one of those people who should not be cripped.  There are too many incompetent doctors in the state of California, and too many people being awarded by those incompetent/cheating doctors.
