Mr. Bush is determined to pass another four Free Trade Agreements before he leaves office. Are we going to hear more of that giant sucking sound Ross Perot spoke of when N.A.F.T.A. was being passed? Mr Clinton told us N.A.F.T.A. would be a win, win policy for the U.S.

Will trade agreements with Panama, Peru, Columbia, South Korea, help American Factory Workers and Farmers, or will we see our store shelves filled with more imports. Food from Panama, Peru, Columbia, and manufactured goods from South Korea.

Trade agreements - The only thing I can see being traded is the American way of life. There have been no benefits passed down to the American citizen. Corporations, of course, are a different story. Their profit margins have increased phenomenally and all the fat cats with the preferred stock are dancing all the way to the bank.

When is the American government and corporate world going to wake up to the fact that when all the jobs in America are gone, there will be no one here to buy anything? The "elite" buy their European goods from France and Italy, etc. so it won't be them. The Chinese worker may be slightly better off on their $1 a day wages, but the rest of the profit from these "trade agreements" goes into the war coffers for future attacks on other nations. Will we be one of them when we no longer are able to produce even methods of protection? When the taxpayer well goes dry, who will pay?

Well, I guess we can continue to sell off our toll roads, bridges, land, stock market, etc. to other foreign nations. Maybe they can even bring back slavery and sell off we citizens.

WHERE'S OUR VOTE? We have no say in what they are doing to our nation and its dwindling sovereignty. They are right when they say the government has to be remade. But let's do it the American way! Time to clean House.

WASHINGTON - The Bush administration said in a new report Monday that Social Security is facing a $13.6 trillion shortfall and that delaying needed reforms is not fair to younger workers.

Good grief!  They are flushing jobs with one hand and talking about increasing taxes and cutting benefits on Social Security with the other.  What part of a THIRTEEN TRILLION DOLLAR shortfall do they think they can make up with taxes?  Especially while they are shipping thousands more jobs to Mexico and now South America?  They want to cut benefits?  Convince us that they mean that when they just added the how many billion dollar prescription coverage?  Who will have the guts to cut anything??

Of all the BS I have heard about Social Security, only Ron Paul has a viable plan.

I keep remembering that promise from the leader of La Raza. To kill off aging white Americans. Our government seems to be doing the job for them.

Ron Paul must be just one step below God he has a solution for everything. I just wonder why that he has not fixed all of these things while in the congress instead of waiting until now to reveal his plan. Could it be that he really does not have a plan. Again Ron Paul can do nothing without congress approving and sending it to him.

Well, he would be but these solutions are not really he his. He got them from the men who wrote the Constitution of the United States.

What would be the likelyhood of taking that very quote and making it a headline in small town papers everywhere?

Was this remark written or televised?

This remark could make voting baby boomers take notice.  I think we could get the attention of the left and right with such statement.

beyondangry, here is one quote that I found that is similar.......

This was copied from this link..

http://www.theamericanresistance.com/race_industry/true_agenda_audio.html

14. Augustin Cebada, Information Minister of Brown Berets, militant para-military soldiers of Aztlan shouting at U.S. citizens at an Independence Day rally in Los Angeles, 7/4/96

"Augustin Cebada, Brown Berets, we're here today to show L.A., show the minority people here, the Anglo-Saxons, that we are here, the majority, we're here to stay. We do the work in this city, we take care of the spoiled brat children, we clean their offices, we pick the food, we do the manufacturing in the factories of L.A., we are the majority here and we are not going to be pushed around. We're here in Westwood, this is the fourth time we've been here in the last two months, to show white Anglo-Saxon Protestant L.A., the few of you who remain, that we are the majority, and we claim this land as ours, it's always been ours, and we're still here, and none of the talk about deporting. If anyone's going to be deported it's going to be you! Go back to Simi Valley, you skunks! Go back to Woodland Hills! Go back to Boston! To back to the Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future. You're old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you, leave like beaten rats. You old white people, it is your duty to die. Even their own ethicists say that they should die, that they have a duty to die. They're taking up too much space, too much air. We are the majority in L.A. There's over seven million Mexicans in L.A. County alone. We are the majority. And you're going to see every day more and more of it, as we manifest as our young people grow up, graduate from high school, go on to college and start taking over this society. The vast majority of our people are under the age of 15 years old. Right now we're already controlling those elections, whether it's by violence or nonviolence. Through love of having children we're going to take over." Other demonstrators: "Raza fuerza (brown race power), this is Aztlan, this is Mexico. They're the pilgrims on our land. Go back to the Nina, the Pinta, the Santa Maria."

Dorgan's asking for a study for the jobs lost to NAFTA and the jobs gained through NAFTA.  He wants benchmarks and accountability attached to future trade agreements so jobs, safety, standards, etc. that we have developed over the last 100 yrs. will not be for naught.  In other words why create all of these things , then ship those jobs that they were created for overseas?

I suppose we all know why - corporate Money mouth.

Now Sen. Harkin says he wants to protect the manufacturing base.  He hesitated on the word "protect" and then he said "yes- protect".  I'm glad he said that.

"His Slickness" initiated the "sinking" of the ship with NFTA and CFTA. GW (gone wild) Bush will insure the sinking with new "trade agreements". His stubborness in pardoning agents Ramos and Compean add to the witches brew. For Christs sake, they should at least be out on bond pending appeal. OJ Simpson is out running around yet the agents sit in Hell. All of the mawks seeking office are tendentious. Here's a thought: How 'bout We, the People, as a whole don't vote. If nobody votes, who is Commander-and -Thief? How 'bout We don't pay taxes? Keep in mind, the "New" "thief" can rescind trade agreements. If I were elected I'd halt trade with China and Mexico, activate and send the state Militias to both borders to secure my country, and deport, deport, deport ILLEGAL ALIENS from any country. But, alas, I'd be assassinated and business would return to "normal". We're running out of options, People. Faxes, e-mails, letters, and phone calls don't draw blood or get a body's attention. Hot lead does!!

There are only three more to pass at this time. Our great Congress already passed Jorges Peru free trade agreement!! The giant sucking sound will go on until there are no more jobs left for Americans to do.This is all a part of the NAU,and the communist New World Order that is being implemented every day.

Healthcare costs, energy costs, all the necessities of life almost unaffordable. Ever get the feeling that this is a deliberate contrived plan to destroy the American People.

We know it is, but why doesn't the rest of the populace in this country?  I simply don't understand the blindness that has covered everyones eyes.

With the new free trade agreements, Bush is simply playing to his constituency.  And it isn't "We, the People" - his constituency is the powerful neo-con corporate manipulators!
