If they're not criminals, what are they?

It has been six years since Americans were murdered in the cowardly attack of terrorism carried out by pagans who had overstayed their visas, which made them illegals. Yet, even though the ability exists to track a quarter pound of contaminated beef back to the cow from which it was born, little or nothing is done to rid our shores of the criminal contaminants flooding our cities and communities today.

And once again, to stress the point – they are criminals. It doesn't matter if they attend church, care for the sick and/or sing hymns to geriatrics – if they came here illegally, they are criminals. Their criminal activity is compounded by the use of false documentation and identity theft, to mention but two additional crimes. Not only doesn't the White House and Congress grasp this reality, but neither do many so-called intellectuals and those running for president.

Rudy Giuliani, the uber liberal masquerading as a Republican, told radio/television talk-show host Glenn Beck and his listening audience that illegal immigration isn't a crime. Giuliani told Beck: "I know that's very hard for people to understand, but it's not a federal crime … in fact, when you throw an immigrant out of the country, its not a criminal proceeding. It's a civil proceeding."

I'll tell Rudy what's hard for people to understand – it is that six years after the most horrific act of violence enacted against unsuspecting citizens in the history of our nation, and 14 years after the first attempt to harm New Yorkers – the former mayor of the city that suffered the greatest loss of life, property and resources in said attacks argues that illegal immigration isn't a crime.

I may not be a lawyer, but I'm an American with a head on my shoulders. Therefore, when illegals abrogate the sovereignty of my country – illegally – that's a crime. And when these same people compound their illegitimacy by murdering and/or attempting to murder my fellow citizens – in my mind, that's a capital crime. I submit anyone who hides behind lawyer-speak and pseudo-intellectualism in defense of flawed thinking, is not much better than the illegal criminals perpetrating those acts.

Twelve of the al-Qaida terrorists who took part in the 1993 and 2001 terrorist attacks in the U.S. were illegal immigrants. Fadil Abdelghan, a participant in the plot to bomb New York landmarks, was an illegal. Lafi Khalil, who was involved in the plot to bomb New York subways, was an illegal. Had Mohamed Atta been treated like an illegal criminal, it is safe to say that thousands of Americans would be alive today.

Yet, Mr. "I wanna be president too" parses words and obfuscates reality. One can but wonder whether or not the victims' families, specifically their left-behind children, would share Giuliani's reasoning.

Some essayists go so far as to applaud Cory Booker, mayor of Newark, N.J., and supposedly the families of the college students who were murdered by illegals for "doing the right thing" by not blaming the murders of their children on un-enforced immigration policies, and/or by "feeding the myth that illegal immigrants are America's new gangsters" – when in reality that is exactly what they are.

One is hard-pressed to fathom the logic of such a wantonly auxotrophic lack of cogent reasoning. But we can be sure that if a white police officer, in the dispensation of his duties, put handcuffs on someone too tightly, there would be public outcry from these same people.

Robert Pape and the professorial elite present "left-handed" arguments as they attempt to make facts fit their biased theory. In his book on suicide terrorists, "Dying to Win," Pape deduces through an exhaustive study of suicide-terrorism bombing reports that if the United States and every other country so-involved would simply pack up and withdraw from any and all Islamic areas, all acts of aggression and suicide bombings would cease almost immediately.

Of course, nowhere in his treatise does he even attempt to explain that the object of Islam is world domination through the world's submission to their paganism. He fails to explain how their stated intent of same can be brought about peacefully. His lack of prescience notwithstanding, I am not one given to edulcoration with people who believe their illegal status gives them hegemony over my rights as a U.S.-born citizen.

Giuliani, Pape and Earl Ofari Hutchinson should try explaining to the remaining family members of 9/11 victims and the parents of the children murdered by illegals in Newark just how their positions make sense. Let them explain themselves to the remaining family members of approximately 9,000 Americans killed and murdered by illegals every year.

If we should have learned anything from 9/11, it is that our borders should be sealed, illegals should be rounded up and deported, and that no place on earth should be safe for those who would murder Americans.

I guess they've gone from being illegal aliens to our new underclass neighbors in this Northwestern global sector called CanAmexica...sorry...not funny. We really got to do something about this invasion though. It's way past time to read the writing on the wall. Hey! WRITING ON THE WALL !!! That gives me an idea...

Yeah we sure do have some problems to fix in this country and Congress is at it again right now with another shamnesty end run. I've got some ideas about starting a huge exposure campaign against pro amnesty senators and reps. If they are intent on ruining this country and insulting us citizens of many generations by allowing this abomination of a Mexican invasion to continue, then it's time to fight fire with fire (sorry, I couldn't resist.) What if someone was able to dig up every bit of dirt on every "problem Congressman and Congresswoman" including scams, scandles, improprieties, affairs, rotten voting records, etc. and aired there dirty laundry all over the landscape? I'm talking about posting it on all the political blogs and forums of course, but I also mean by printing literature to hand out for free and to leave around in restaurants and train stations, and handing out home made CDs and DVDs that have this revealing info thoroughly covered. Posters could be tacked up everywhere that have the alerting effect of something like: Wanna hear some dirty little secrets about your Senators? Go to this link for the story...and then there's the power of the fax and emails, podcasts, and internet radio that could be harnessed in major ways, too...but it shouldn't be done in tabloid fashion...that's too seedy. We want to get the confirmable truth out there and you can bet there's plenty of it. Nobody wants any libel or defamation suits against them in this, but I'm thinking it's time to use these traitor's own inequities as well as their consciences to force them to comply with the wishes of the American grassroots now. And it's not just the invasion. We got other big fish to fry like ditching the Fed and printing our own dollar again before it really goes BUST. Also, if we want to keep our national sovereignty, Congress is where we focus. They're sworn and charged to preserve it from all tyrants global and local. Naturally, they know we can vote them all out of office if need be and hopefully they're not too far gone with being sold out to CFR and World Bank intentions and agendas. This project would take a hell of a mighty united effort from us participants and it may seem a bit underhanded like smear tatics, but I'm about convinced that our leaders need a little persuasion and they will start listenlng to us again like they're supposed to. So, when we are writing or calling our beloved Congressmen and Congresswomen, we should respectfully but firmly state our quite reasonable demands and expect good results, or this campaign of the people will be launched. I think it would probably be best that way; to state our demands with a caveat of "or else" strongly implied. It's well passed the point where some serious arm twisting should be applied before it's too late and we never get control of this country back. They have forced us into it. What do you think?

The reason I posted this article is because I do not believe people have stopped to think about the profound statement of truth in the below extracted quote:

"Twelve of the al-Qaida terrorists who took part in the 1993 and 2001 terrorist attacks in the U.S. were illegal immigrants. Fadil Abdelghan, a participant in the plot to bomb New York landmarks, was an illegal. Lafi Khalil, who was involved in the plot to bomb New York subways, was an illegal. Had Mohamed Atta been treated like an illegal criminal, it is safe to say that thousands of Americans would be alive today."

Hence, no Iraq war.  These facts remain constant, but George Bush still refuses to close the border, build the fence and enforce existing laws.

What he is doing amounts to no more than playing Russian Roulette with the lives of American citizens.

I've recently read the lastest dollar figure Mexicans get for smuggling Middle Eastern terrorist into the US is $50,000.

Yeah--"doing the jobs Americans won't do".

Remember when contacting anyone in Congress about grievences you have and you oppose their stance on issues, be brief and respectful but clearly state your demands and remind them you've got a copy of their "bad report card" from a petition letter you acquired. Try to convince or at least remind them that the overwhelming voice and the will of the "Grassroots Majority" had best be heard, honored, and heeded or you'll join the movement of millions of dissatisfied Americans (need a good project code name) to canvas the country with that Senator's "D.C. rapsheet." Tell them you're sure that they would sit on the side of the aisle of the good guys that just don't have the heart to sell out the interests of the citizens they represent. Of course for the senators and reps of your home state remind them that you'd love to keep them In Washington for the next term if they'd just be reasonable concerning us and our welfare. If so, you'd be glad to give them your support and endorsement on other agreeable issues. Now it they comply with your wishes and shoot down these insidious constructs of overly liberal intent (The Dream Act Nightmare), send them some thank you notes or something, people. It's important they feel needed and appreciated a little. Oh, but if they don't comply, well, you know what to do and I think at that point we'll all be so incensed and hacked off enough to do it in our own ways with our eyes focused like laser beams of wrath on election day '08. But hey, I got a pretty good optimistic outlook for the results, personally. You can bet it's a Faxfire week for me. We should probably donate some to the cause here at Grassfire.com and use Steve's system. Gotta keep this forum alive and kickin'!!!

WE ARE THE VICTIMS  In May, 2006, while the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act was under consideration, Senator John Ensign, (NV) related the following: Illegal immigrants paid into the system (speaking of Social Security) simply because that was the price to pay to get a job in the United States.  The immigrant knew they were using an illegal Social Security number, but without any regard to the impact of the victim and the consequences that would follow.  I have reviewed case after case related to identity theft and Social Security fraud.  These cases are occurring all over the United States.  In every case, in every State, where someone’s Social security number was stolen by an illegal immigrant to use to find work, the victim’s credit history is destroyed.  Sometimes their work history is, too.  Earlier, I spoke with “Caleb”, a gentleman in Nevada. The illegal immigrant who used Caleb’s Social Security number was not trying to harm him, but he did.  Caleb applied for unemployment that he couldn’t get, because the agency said he was working, when, in fact, he wasn’t.  He lives in Reno.  They said he was working in Las Vegas.  The fact – it was the illegal alien using his Social Security number who was working in Las Vegas.  It is not right for somebody to steal another identity (granted, for the noble purpose of getting a job) and reward that theft and criminal act.  (That is what Harry Reid and our Congress would like to do by granting amnesty!)

We should, instead, consider the victims, all citizens of the United States, who are forced to deal with the terrible consequences of the crime!

DESTROYED CREDIT RATING,           DESTROYED WORK HISTORY,

               DESTROYED LIVES!

Why don't we give out all the social security numbers of the members of congress.  Let them have a taste of what happens when their lives are destroyed!

Ohh - bornamerican - love that idea.  you know the what goes around comes around idea.  Yes - they should get a taste of what it is like on the other side.  One way, is to be voted out of office - every single last one of them.  If you don't get an A on immigration (Numbers USA ranking) then out the door you go.  Wouldn't that be a "wake up call".

As I understand it, it is a crime to enter the US ilegally, but not a crime to remain here afterwards! We need to close this loophole! I think the Fire Society should launch a campaign to create legislation through Tom Tancredo and others that clears up this misconception. This legislation should also clarify the status of 'anchor babies'.
